How our club operates. As for Giggs, has he ever apologised to his brother?
-
He could have replaced Arteta
-
because Guido Albers didn't push Koeman forward for Everton job? And Koeman is a snake who even stabbed this agent in the back.
-
Agreed with the sentiments, they have got a great player for that price. He fits them perfectly I'd say. Whilst a big loss, maybe our new manager doesn't need that big destroyer type player in the middle I do think his passing is suspect, maybe why Arsenal didn't go for him, and attitude before Europe game is what sours it for me, no one gives Clyne brief even though he did same thing but that is because Clyne gave his all every game.
-
Rooney in for Alli I think, he has been great in midfield for us tbf
-
The unsung hero, underrated by everyone except us fans, what he brings is invaluable, and it isn't just about the goals and assists. Love him! I hope NI go far.
-
So someones telling me that instead of managing France he is down at Southampton.
-
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:French_football_managers I've narrowed it down guys

Why don't we simply appoint The Black Box as manager?

The PC world today will want a White Box too. -
Rudi just sounds better and better. Kaiser Chiefs- Rudi chant too eh
-
Ah yes that sounds likelier. Thanks Hope the club do get this spot on.
-
You believe they are what? Uninspiring? Hmmm, well let's wait for the appointment before jumping to conclusions.
-
Not really odd. K Billy can only give out various info and if the 'mystery man' is going to be our new manager, as much as we'd all like to know, he can't tell us until the club say it first! But some clues would be nice haha!
-
Pleasee be Rudi Garcia!!!

Doesn't Townsend also have an £8m release clause though? If I am honest, choosing between the two I'd rather have Townsend, if he would come here. -
Because Davis is clearly going to come out and say 'oh, I'm glad he left. I hated him anyway and the board will find someone better than him anyway'.
-
and a loss of a tenner.
-
There will be Friday night fixtures too right? What are the chances of us getting one of those? I'd only want one if we're at home lol

http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/27052014-statement-first-team-manager-resigns-1575779.aspx This was the article we had when Pochettino left. Funny how Koeman's one doesn't mention his brother or Jan but Poch's did.

and Lovren! haha http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/27072014-statement-dejan-lovren-liverpool-1785945.aspx

Exactly, I think taking Bertrand on who had just been in a poor Villa side is testament to how we coach stars to become international players. He has shown his pace, he scored a good goal against us 3 seasons ago when we lost 1 there too, and with minimum 45 games we need the personnel. Fonte, Pelle, Morgan, Lallana, Shaw, Jay Rod, Bertrand (again), Lambert etc all played international football under us. -
I agree, at least Pochettino didn't lead us on into signing a new contract and he left for a genuine, hate to say it, but am established top 6 club, not Everton

Manager Ronald Koeman said: “I am very excited to be Everton manager. I believe in the Club, in the team, in the fans and in our ability to achieve things in the future. “Everton is a club with a great history and real ambition and it is a proud feeling for me to be part of what we want to go and do, together with the Chairman and Farhad Moshiri. “I am looking forward to meeting everyone at the Club and to preparing for a big season in the Premier League.”
-
Lallana and Lovren. The OS statement was literally a line for the pair of them. Southampton Football Club can today confirm it has accepted the resignation of First Team Manager Ronald Koeman, and completed negotiations with Everton over his move to Goodison Park. The search has already begun for the right appointment who can take the club to the next level and build on our track record of recent success, which culminated in a sixth-place finish in last season’s Premier League, as well as qualification for the group stages of the Europa League. Our focus now is to build on our long-term plan, and work with a new management team who share both the club’s and our supporters’ values and ambitions.

I reckon so, but he will have upgraded mate. His old twitter picture was him sat on our dug out, but now he is joining a far bigger and better club that I wouldn't blame him if he is moving just so that he could update his profile picture of him sitting on the world's first, most iconic, dugout. I haven't even mentioned the stadium lights yet!
