  1. Have the club ever sold shirts that the players wear, rather than replicas? I believe Chelsea are doing something like this, this season- they are selling replicas at £55 and the genuine real player's ones at like £110 I'm guessing. I'd like to buy the actual player's ones...

    Claude Puel

Haha we scoffed at Everton when they told us of their £100m budget and how it would inflate their transfer fees more Yet we want to know our budget looool.

That is the sad state of football unfortunately, since '93. Honestly, I reckon fans celebrate a signing more than a goal.

And that showed why Tadic and JWP is ahead of Pelle. Heck, even Bertrand is ahead probably ffs lol.
  5. Well I'm just gonna wait until the kit is half price towards the end of the season if the leak is true, which based on the snippet it does :/
  6. His first home game in Prem will be against us- think we need a chant to combat the disregard he gave us in his autobiography.
  7. Everton apparently going to buy Witsel for £30m. Probs a tabloid rumour but if true then that £100m is going quick as for VVD to everton- i truly hope we reject it- ask them for a £100m or no deal.

Hal Robson Kanu. take a bow. But savage you are still going over the top with the commentary

The main problem with England is we try to pick the big names and squash them into a team. Square peg and round holes and all that. Just don't pick the best team- and that is the result of inept management and I believe a conspiracy that those at the FA force you to start players only from traditional top 6- why? I don't know.
  10. Steve Mandanda signs for Palace. He is a very good French keeper- wish he was our second choice French and Puel and links and all that lol

OMG Penalties!!! Come on Portugal As for Krychowiak- out of our leaguee :/
  12. We should still be capable of staying up with these appointments.
  13. Dortmund currently going through something very similar to us then atm. Hummels, Gundogan and Mkhitaryan all going then, Aubameyang also linked. Gotze and Lewandowski, Kagawa and Sahin in the past too!
  14. Is his gripe why we aren't taking someone British? Then why didn't Everton- didn't see an article about them. He is a c*nt simple.
  15. Well it if is a club record fee it has to exceed the £31.5m from Shaw- my guess is that it is £34.5' with £4m in add ons.
  16. haha I'll thank him for the services, the memories, but unless he went abroad no good luck from me! I hope he flops
  17. Well yeah- it was always gonna be that. Mane didn't force the move or come out with stupid comments like Lovren or say he would never play for us like Lallana. Mane would have given his all if we made him stay for a third year- but Reed and others just took a decision to cash in now and invest than take £15m for him next season (and also knowinng he will miss a month and a half)
  18. Let's get this straight, we have lost a key number of players because we have finished 8th, 7th and 6th in the past three years, and we are not the traditional top 6 club. I've decided to look for teams in the past who have replicated that, and Aston Villa finishing 6th three times in a row, Evertons fairly successful few seasons. Each one of those clubs have lost key players, Aston Villa lost Barry, Milner, Downing and Ashley Young for huge fees too at the time. http://www.transferleague.co.uk/aston-villa/english-football-teams/aston-villa-transfer Have a look yourself- funny how Aston Villa did spend more than they gained from Benteke and Delph sales etc, key is how you spend it not how much you spend. We need to continue with the transfer success we have had, as Newcastle have shown this season in particular that money could be blown very easily. http://www.transferleague.co.uk/everton/english-football-teams/everton-transfers This is Everton- whilst not as regular as us, they have lost some big names. Really though we have lost far too many numbers- doesn't matter if we are successful!!!
  19. Got fulham to europa league final. Lets take him.

Glenn Hoddle though, 'I knew it was coming'.
  21. Let's see the personne we have lost: 2014: Lambert Lallana Lovren Chambers Shaw Pochettino Matt Radcliffe Paul Mitchell 2015: Morgan Clyne 2016: Mane Wanyama Koeman
  22. £30m made me pi**ed off. £35m decent. Let us rip them off please. Honestly people, if we lose 3 players every year, but finish top 7 every time, I'd gladly take it, as would anyone. I want the club to be successful, regardless of how it happens.
  23. Agree with the sentiment but Porto, Dortmund, Sevilla, Ajax are always guaranteed top tier football and are some of the biggest in their league. Yes we finished 6th last season but we are as close to relegation as we are to top 4 if the signings go all wrong. With clubs like Dortmund in particular they attract a higher calibre of players anyway, and Ajax/Porto are the biggest in their country. We are in a very very competitive league with fine margins. I am gutted to lose him but I trust the board to replace, although I am worried it will all go wrong. This is one of the reasons why I wanted Pellegrini, we could have lost Mane, VVD, Forster, but with him at the helm I would have found comfort that we would still be a Prem team every year. Puel just sounds uninspiring despite his very good record in France. Oh well, we march on!
  24. Yes but I think if the lad kept his head down, he could progress to Bayern Munich, and he is much likelier to win a trophy if he went to United than Liverpool. But tbh I think Liverpool only one showing interest, and we have decided to bank the £30 odd mill then lose him for £15m next summer
  25. Agree. Frustrating but we need to get our scouting right. Also- Mane has sold his career IMO. He won't win trophies at Liverpool- guess he is getting more money.
