United to sign Matt Radcliffe following Tottenham match
nta786 replied to Saint86's topic in The Saints
http://www.redcafe.net/threads/injury-prevention-specialist-matt-radcliffe-gone-after-8-months.405767/ I've read this and they don't know and I don't know why he has left... -
Correct me if wrong, but it's 1.5million to us if Athletico take him back, and then a further 1.5miliion if Athletico sell him to another club, so in total 3 million to us.

Fixtures out tomorrow - who will we get first game?

If I was to place money- it would be a top 6 club I reckon- either at home or away. This is because our game will almost definitely be moved to Sunday (or Monday) as a result of our Europa League game, and therefore to make our game worth watching to the wider public it will be a massive game to a top 6 club. -
If that was the case we wouldn't buy Pelle would we... He doesn't have much of a resale value.

Alright?! Been brilliant!! Ron's up there as my favourite manager ever Happy Koemanniversary!

just to annoy The9 a bit more Boxing Day is December 26, and comes with a BANK HOLIDAY. IF, December 26 (Boxing Day) falls on a Saturday or Sunday, then the Bank Holiday that comes with it is moved to a Monday- and Boxing Day remains as it is.

Nope- it's obvious why Roy didn't give Clyne a game. It's because he isn't at a top 4 club. Roy has told him that to play- you have to go to Man U. So basically, Roy is integral to helping the top 4 clubs tap up our players, and ultimately, means Clyne will leave. #andrantover Lol soz guys im just pis*ed off and angry and literally that was my thinking right now. I actually hope we lose- Roy needs to go. Simple as that.

I think we're at a stage right now where we want to know who will stay and who will leave before buying any players. I think once Clyne and Toby's deals are sorted, we will be on the market. I think it's likely Morgan will be off.

ummm nice thread title mate. To save others some time: Barcelona: Coach Luis Enrique extends contract to 2017 Barcelona coach Luis Enrique has ended speculation over his future at the club by extending his contract until 2017. The 45-year-old led the Spanish giants to Champions League, La Liga, and Copa del Rey titles in his debut season. Enrique refused to say whether he would remain at the Nou Camp after Saturday's 3-1 win against Juventus sealed the second treble in the club's history. However, Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu confirmed the new deal on Tuesday. Enrique replaced Tata Martino last summer and this season's three trophies emulates former boss Pep Guardiola's achievement of six years ago. In a 'state of the presidency' speech in which he confirmed Enrique's stay, Bartomeu also told those present that the club intended to make big signings - despite a transfer ban until 2016. "We have set aside resources to bring in the world's best players - those who everyone wants to sign," he said. World governing body Fifa imposed the ban after Barcelona breached transfer guidelines designed to protect youth players signed from abroad.

Prem Fixtures will be announced 17th June at 9am! 8 days to go So- let's get a discussion going. Hoping for a home game to start off the season and end the season- and am desperate for a Boxing Day game to be at home too- haven't had that in the past 3 seasons! Depending on Europa League- a few of our games will be moved to Sunday too. I'm not sure whether its better to have all our tough games in one cluster followed by one cluster of 'easier' games- or just to have them randomly scattered- I think the latter might be better.

Victor Wanyama tells The Sun that Arsenal want to sign him

maybe because when cortese was around we finished 14th- our players weren't sought after as much... -
If someone offered me 16th and win the Europa League I'd actually take it lol!
-
To be seeded, we need more than 10.875 points. As England's coefficient ranking is around 80, our coefficient will be 16.078, so we will be seeded.
-
That would actually be awful- Scotland is no European tour!!!! I blame you if that happens.
-
Nope. However, Walcott and Ramsey would make that a harder question.
-
true. taken from here though- see for yourself: http://www.uefa.com/teamsandplayers/teams/club=52923/profile/index.html
-
It depends on our coefficient- if it is greater than 10.875, we will be seeded. If it is less, than we will be unseeded.
-
lol- whilst it wasn't called Europa League, point is, it's Europe's second tier competition. Plus, I took that information from UEFA's website, who presented the data like that.

Currently, as it stands, with the list I've posted, Schalke 04 will be in the draw for the 3rd Qualifying Round, as Dortmund are winning their domestic cup in this moment in time. EDIT: Dortmund 1-1 Wolfsburg back to schalke or dortmund for 3rd qualifying round. EDIT 2: Dortmund 1-2 Wolfsburg now dortmund will enter 3rd qualifying round, with schalke upgraded to direct place in group stage.
