What he said was if (if) he maintains the form hes shown in his first 4 we would struggle to hold onto him. Hes right... We struggle to hold onto decent players
-
Delighted Puel has ditched the rotation system. Seems to have paid dividends already (as predicted) and imho will improve more once players sync to each others games Buzzing for this one, be interesting to see what a solid 6 weeks of coaching looks like for us COYR
-
That actually gives me some hope as your SFC predictions have been horrendous.
-
Hes done a fantastic job at AFCB. They should be nowhere near us, given the respective squads but they sit level on points, scored 10 more goals and play an open and attacking style. He deserves all the credit he gets and AFCB need to be better at holding onto decent managers than we are as they will struggle to replace him fo sho
-
Eddie wont be signing players at AFCB, same as Puel doesn't for us.
-
AFCB playing some nice attacking football again 2 up now which almost guarantees Prem footy again next season. They really do play some nice stuff, be interesting to see if Arsenal or one of the top clubs take a small gamble on him this summer
-
Lol can you imagine. If calsberg did football
-
7th (Top of our league) dream over now imho Everton are too far ahead now. 8th (2nd in our league) still possible i think. Need a result tomorrow... COYR
-
Everton 2 up ffs If Koeman has a similar run as last season Everton could feasibly now finish top 4 Would be great seeing Liverpool miss out, but to Everton?!
-
Its days like today (Everton winning + WBA won) that we just have to hope WHU lose so we can blame it on Fonte and hope Pompey lose so we can lol at them.
-
Ffs Everton winning again! Thats them up to 6th now
-
All moot! As we dont sell to top 7 clubs (excluding managers) we only sell to the top 6 teams... Right Les Yes and before someone else says it, Fonte (to WHU) doesn't count as he is now rubbish.
-
Dont stamp on the little dreams mate. Remember the Zlatan, AOC and Sturridge rumours. Keeps peeps happy
-
So weve been selling players like Shaw Chambers Lallana Lovren Fonte Pelle Mane Wanyama Schneiderlin Clyne And replacing them with Classie Austin Cuco Martina Long Pied Gardos Rodriguez Hojbjerg Redmond Boufal And its actually costing us money?
-
Wonder if those figures came from the club? Worrying if so and suggests we are not getting the high transfer fees reported? In 14-15 we sold Shaw (32m) Lallana (26m) Lovren (22m) Chambers (17m) Lambert (4m) Cork (3m) thats £104m. Yet Rogers says sales was 85m??? Thats a fairly sizeable gap. Would £20m really be agent fees? And why illustrate player sales excluding fees and incoming with? Misleading no
-
15/16 results would have included the Osvaldo, Mayuka and Ramirez write offs? Without these youre back to 2014 profits of £35m+ The group’s strategy has been to strengthen first-team playing squad.... You failed then! definitly weaker playing squad.

James Ward-Prowse for England? ...say that again ...
Heisenberg replied to david in sweden's topic in The Saints
Would be a new low for England's international team. Quite a few ahead of him and rightly so. We had England internationals, but sold them. -
No chance
-
You've moved on definitly. You've posted 52x on this thread to remind us or you?
-
We have played just twice in the last month. Players will be super fresh and chomping at the bit. Win 3 of our next 4 (doable) and Everton might panic. 7 home games left and our performances last 3 games have given me real hope. Puel has had plenty of time to coach and prepare for Spurs, so wouldn't rule out a cheeky win there. Momentum is powerful and ours is bubbling
-
We could build a new stadium and make Mexico pay for it
-
Spurs into the semi final. Will Mopo finally win something??
-
The chances of us swapping Hart for Forster are as likely as us signing Sturridge, AOC and Ibrahimović
-
He played v.well against us. Not seen him in any other games. Think Lovren and Lallana were also labelled as definitly rubbish when they they left too. Part of the grieving process some go through i guess.
-
14 behind Everton but we have 2 games in hand. We can defo still catch them, but need Everton to stop winning. Problem is Everton might fancy top 5 now
