I am not picking apart what you said, as i agree... but to take stock with what the club has said over the last few weeks.... Clyne will sign a new contract at Saints... result he didn't Toby will join saints result he didn't Morgan will leave this summer result he hasn't (at the time of writing) Is there a trend here?

market averages, he's a mercenary, why was he on loan to us..... he proved he was good. He knew he was good, and we were the shop window for his abilities. Just enjoy we had a year of his service. Bottom line, two years is a shewd move, the cost isn't far off what you could pay for a loan player. and it stops mistakes like Mayuka (only another 2 years left).

yeah i forgot about Forster... he's been impressive. Ellia, Djuricic haven't shown their worth yet, either.... So we have some work to do, hopefully our new signings will help with getting a more balanced team.

Obviously they need a good pre-season to knock the rest back into shape.

Thinking about it, only Sadio, Bertrand, and Toby have been the other good signings RK has made, all the others have been hit and miss.

we might have tried that, but were told "no".... so we took what could get in the circumstances. No fault to SFC, Toby played a binder, around injuries. He's really good but has weak hamstrings... Apart from that I do rate him, he brings a calmness to our defence, it's a joy to watch him with Fonte....

To him, we were just Muggy Little C_U_N_T_'s.... \glad he's gone....
