As far as Cortese is concerned, can't it be so simple as, he has found new buyers, cannot remain ceo of present company for obvious reasons, KL takes temporary charge until buyout is complete, MP remains manager and continues when Cortese returns, job done. Best not to witch hunt Don Cortese, he might be back.

Was hoping for a good moral boosting win today to help kickstart our season again but not sure that a 4-3 win against Burnley has done that.

We lack strengh in depth which is highlighted when we have a run of injuries, and no real gamechanger to bring on from the bench who can add a little something else. Starting to feel that the big bucks spent on Ramirez and Osvaldo was a big mistake as they have not offered much, would have rather kept Puncheon who had a pretty good season last season with us, oh for hindsight.

I wouldn't, SRL has been amazeballs for us but showing signs that his best has gone. Jordan Rhodes is tempting.

The high pressing game is great and gets rewards at times but we are no threat up front from open play.
