Does a five knuckle shuffle break celibacy?

How on earth is that logical when we have pretty much already acheived a mid table if not better position in the prem. It is totally logical to expect us to seriously try and win a competion that very few clubs have a chance of doing. A cup that galvanised Southampton in 1976 and turned us into a respected football club and which acted as a spring board to get us into the top league of which we stayed over 25 years. Not to mention the financial gains and the world wide attention, oh and a little sideline of playing in a European competition not to mention the better players we could entice because of all of the above. What gamble? There is no gamble only positives, positives and dreams that have now evaporated for any saints fan dreaming of us proudly holding the FA cup aloft. The above might seem over the top by many but I feel really let down by the club and feel desperately sorry for the hardcore that went up there and were served up by a weakened side, a manager (whom I normally admire) who seemingly couldn't give a toss, a playing performance as if they had just been relegated. Angry? Frigging right I am angry!

True but Boruc's mistakes tend to be real howlers or totally bizarre and they overshadow all the good that he does. I was at the emirates earlier this season and Boruc gifted them a goal through a moment of utter madness, I could of forgiven him a typical keeper error ie being out if position, but to hand them the ball to put in the net is criminal. He does make some great saves but for me he is a bit Bruce Grobbelaar.

Boruc reminds me of a steak & kidney pie, lots of good bits but the odd lump of gristle can spoil the whole thing.

Will MP view the FA Cup as a serious competition and go all out win it especially now our premiership status is pretty much safe? Although a toughy as Sunderland are starting to put some results together, their priority must be prem survival whereas surely it would could only bring positives to us. Personally, I would hope MP goes for it big time and tries to deliver us an FA Cup. Your thought's people.
