I have finally discovered golf and that manages to take my mind off the ****e happening to sfc, just a little bit.
Mind you, they are both equally frustrating.
Oh well thats that then for today, I suppose I could watch the millionares kick a ball about tonight in the certainty that there will be no announcement in the meantime.
Do I sound bitter? fecking right I do when the value of just one of the players playing in the champions league final tonight would get us out of the ****e and more.
Nothing is wrong with Pinnacle apart from, monday MJ were front runners(supposedly), yesterday and up and to now the Irish bid were front runners and now we are back to the Pinnacle group.
All very confusing and frustrating, My first sexual experience was not as up and down as this!
It seems that the usual fantasists are itching to crawl out of the woodwork again and big it up on this forum.
I remember the pm's and not so subtle hints going backwards and forwards between LLS, St David and others a couple of years ago, playing ITK big boys and working hard to impress us mere posters not in the clique. It was and still is fecking pathetic.
Thats what I remember!
I am also intrigued at some slating the pinnacle interest because they have played it out in the media spotlight, which is strange because we seem to know more about the MJ bid. Stuart Green is a backer is he not and yet I haven't got a clue who the proposed backers were for the pinnacle bid apart from MLT endorsing it and ofcourse the middle man.
Perhaps Gavin Davies, Salz, whoever, could confirm this direct to us the fans via the echo or similar if this is true, in order to perhaps reduce the amount of panic going on atm.
As it is the Sun giving us this news I am somewhat sceptical.
All seems a bit odd to me. Isn't there a few variables to consider?
1. We are not sure if there will be a sfc next season.
2. If we do get a buyer they might not want Wotte to stay in charge.
3. If a new manager is brought in, shouldn't it be up to him who goes and who stays?
4. Surely contracts can only be finalised once it is known how much funding is available.
