Thank god Spooks was on. How anyone can defend this lot now is beyond me especially when those that went are stating there was no real effort or fight. Yes, we all know money is tight but for god sake pay a bit for a decent manager that can give us some decent direction with experience in this league to boot. Perhaps if we were'nt wasting money on the likes of Pulis, Gasmi, Euell, who do not seem to recon in anyones equation, along with JP's salary, there's your replacement manager covered. Stick with this and you will have 10'000 gates and less very soon with a team heading to league 1 sooner than you can say "prudent". By the way, all this excitement about Lallana and some of the other kids, sorry, but I cannot see it myself. Big them up as much as you want to but if you are expecting vast fortunes for these lads you can forget it. Money is now tight for all the clubs and they will not pay inflated prices for ordinary players anymore.

Unlike yourself, many fans do not have short memories and attribute our current state to mistakes made by Lowe many moons ago and not just now. Here in lies the problem. He now sits there on his golden throne proportioning blame at everybody else in the hope that all his past **** ups have been forgotten. Yes it does matter who is to blame, especially when it is one of the culprits responsible blaming everyone else.

Without raking all the Lowe stuff up once again, there are stay away fans because of Lowe, but it is not because of what he is doing now necessarily, it is more to do with what he has done in the past. Love him or hate him, Lowe’s involvement is divisive because he will never win over the majority of the fanbase and whilst he is the figurehead the fans will never unite. The scenario is like having to re-marry your first wife who you divorced a couple of years ago and you were glad to see the back of her. As they use to say on Soccer AM, “It will never last!”.

I sort of understand where Longhshot is coming from. If a couple of losses mean't that Lowe and Wilde stepped down I think the sacrifice would be worth it, but to be honest, I think unless removed somehow, they will hang around for a long time yet. What worries me about you thread Longshot, correct me if I am wrong, but was it not you and who had some sort of inside info about going's on in the board room and a possible change happening soon?

Well done the saints for another heroic loss, thats what I like to see, the old British Bulldog spirit, go down but go down fighting. Actually, I have a British Bulldog, he cost me a fortune, he only wakes up to be fed, he smells bad, and he will occasionally sh*t on the carpet.
