I must admit I've seen enough of web cams. The daily briefings are also getting tedious. I think this all could impact TV in the future as more and more people turn to streaming rather than watch Loose Woman, antiques sh*te or Good Morning etc.
-
Bloody daytime TV.
-
Sad news, great keyboard sounds that were akin to great Stranglers tracks. Good to see the wolfpack didn't get to you.
-
Yep very good, probably the most violent series I have seen on tv but a good watch if you can stomach it.

Agree with that 100%, No wonder the world is f*cked up if he created us.

Wow, and you believe that?. The Nile turned to blood, the parting of the waves, frogs, bugs, pestilence, boils, storm of fire, locusts, three days of darkness and death of firstborn. You mention cherry picking bits out of the bible, well, this has been pretty much done by all so called Christian denominations since it was written to suite their own agendas. I was brought up as a Jehovah's Witness until I saw sense and was then kicked out. At the end of the day all religions are the same, pretty much reliant on a book written thousands of years ago but interpreting it all differently, but when questioned and struggling for answers it's the same old response "you've got to have faith". Well I have faith in evolution because it has shown more substantial evidence than the bible has ever done.

You only have to see how the Church of England was founded to realise how farcical religion is.
-
No neither was a religious war but Christian killed Christian, hardly God like was it.
-
In the great wars christians killed Christians, some in an act of genecide. Just one example.

I'!ll bite, How many countries claimed to be Christian in World War 1 & 2?.

To be fair, the Duck Rape part of the title made me think twice about looking in, now I have I'm off.
-
Oh Religious argument now, normal hyenas on here I see circling their prey.
-
Sorry for your loss duck, I have lost a member of the family too, never nice at any time but this virus is cutting life short at will which makes it even more difficult to deal with.
-
I understand that the need for protective clothing is unprecedented but it was unprecedented in other countries a good few weeks before the virus came here and all it needed was to start preparing and making these things in numbers then.

The Waterfront pub not far from St Mary's, was great for live music in the 80's, Tokyo Joe, White Lies, The Strawberries, Kuba, Emotional Blackmail, Fresh etc. -

The city centre parks use to be great for conkering. Margherita’s Pizza restaurant in its early days near the Gaumont, great food and brilliant atmosphere. The park near the pier watching the massive ships come in and go out. Kingsland market in St Marys. The swimming bars and barely being able to see after an hour or so due to the chlorine. Warming up in the warm water foot pools on the way back to the changing rooms and getting a verruca. Trying to bike ride up Lances hill. The smell of liniment when saints came onto the pitch at the Dell. Seeing human turds floating in the water at Weston shore whilst crabbing. Going on the Hythe ferry for a day out. Just a few of many silly little things I remember from time to time. -
Too much DIY to do as commanded by her who has to be obeyed.

Football next season will be a different ball game. -
Yeh definitely a few blows too many.

I wonder if vegans have been aware of this.

When you think of it, life is just a sh*t, especially when you support a team called saints. Ah, I think I'll have another dose of Life of Brian to cheer me up.

Keep strong, I'm in the same boat as you, I have been trying to get over prostate cancer for the last 4 years and still not in the clear so I suppose I am in the vulnerable list. It's scary that's for sure but there's plenty of saints losses in us yet to witness as long as we can keep as positive as possible. Stay safe.
