Think Forster would of stopped them both and think Kelvin should of stopped at least the second.

Good enough for a ten top side, Squad player for a top 6 side. IMO.
-
But he's been injured and hasn't played that many games, in terms of ability he is better but Fonte's been superb in almost every game in the best defence in the league. Should be in the Team of the year as well IMO be shocked if he is though

Both Davis's cost us today, other than that a really good performance, Pelle and Mane especially good.
-
They are poachers who need a striker to play with them, especailly Charlie Austin
-
So you are saying Rhodes and Austin are big strong target men? hmm have to disagree on that.

Victor Wanyama tells The Sun that Arsenal want to sign him

I corrected it for you -
The reason they are doing it in my eyes is so they don't play in a stadium under half full every week, otherwise they would be frozen or increased. How much is there capacity of the Olympic Stadium anyone know? I know it was going to be changed from the capacity it was at the Olympics but can't remember how much by

Rodriguez has returned - BREAKING: NEW CONTRACT SIGNED
Saint IQ replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
A mega rich Man City needing to buy home based players for domestic and European registration due to only having 2 left in the summer (Joe Hart and Richard Wright) Richards, Sinclair, Lampard won't be there next season and Milner might not be there next season I'll assume they'll renew Wright's contract for being an all important home grown player as well as 3rd choice goal keeper that never plays Funny thing is if he does go to City he'll be getting paid even more money to do nothing for even more years My mate even suggested they'll try and get Bertrand! Just trying to wind me up I think -
What he said in the press then would lean towards us over Liverpool but I'm sure a lot of other clubs are looking at getting him in.
-
Two completely different type of strikers. Surely it would be Benteke with Rhodes or Austin as a squad player Of course if we got Benteke, Pelle will also be a squad player
-
14-1 to join us atm, if you're confident she's telling the truth might be worth a punt.....
-
Yeah looks decent, will perform better in a more attacking side but does his defensive dutys well which most will not take notice of in a striker. Only have to look at his goals last year to show that when given chances he can finish. Also the fee will be v small compared to other young english strikers which just makes the potential signing more appealing in my eyes
-
Bigger clubs might be in for Austin as well. Roma couldn't wait to get rid of Osvaldo and were probably having a party when they saw how much Cortese was going to pay for him.
-
Is it just me or did we not look more comfortable and dangerous in attack when we went to 3 at the back this season with Clyne and Bertrand as wing backs. I remember at home we played it against Everton, it was one of the most one sided games I have seen us played this season. All very well playing 4-2-3-1 against the top teams but against the lower teams that sit back I think we should always have two up top.

On his wiki page it says he is 169cm tall (5 ft,6 n a 1/2), not that small and not really relevent to premier league football, Bojan didn't do too badly this year he is 170cm and one of the best centre mids to play in the league was Scholes who is one cm smaller at 168cm tall. So basically we're going to sign Clasie and he'll be as good as scholes
-
You speak as if you're so certain, really is a laughable statement considering he's only 22. What makes you think we can easily sign Austin?
-
I'll think I'll wait and see what Ron says about that, besides he'll play more here than at Manure or Loserpool
-
Why was he boo'd? he never even played for us. went to Barton Pevril about 10 years before I did I think, recall his picture being on a wall somewhere there
-
Those Oyston's really are cretins and scum of the earth, prob sue me for saying that but they'll lose as it is a true statement
-
I pay to watch Southampton not other teams, thats why I generally don't go to cat A games as they are so expensive. I will be trying to go to this one though. The simple fact is it will sell out and some people will miss out, football is a business and they have decided to raise price in line with demand for the last home game of the season.
-
Atletico Madrid aren't doing so bad from it though, been selling stars since Torres went to Liverpool in 2007, Aguero, Costa and many more. They are a much bigger club than us though but on the other hand we play in the premier league where the clubs outside the top 2 get significantly more money than they do in La Liga

Probs not, a lot/most of historys wars are based on religion
