Given the unholy mess May has made over the very protracted Brexit negotiations, the huge divides that she has made worse within her own party, the platform she has given to Farage for his umpteenth return to the political stage etc. etc. I am surprised that this thread has not appeared before now. Throw in the bunch of useless muppets who are lining up for her job and the party looks in a worse mess than the Labour Party. For me, May has been the most inept PM in my lifetime. Throw in the damage that austerity has done to this country and the previous mess that Cameron made of the referendum etc. and it is little wonder why the younger generation look at us and say wtf have you lot done. Whatever you think of Corbyn or the Labour Party, they are not responsible for where the UK is right now, yet this forum seems more concerned with the pretenders to the throne rather than those in power. In a few weeks time it is entirely possible that the likes of Johnson or Gove could be PM. This place seems to be populated with Tories. Do you think that your party is really in a better shape to lead and unit our country than any other party? Whichever way Brexit goes it appears that the divides in your party will not be healed.

This is what happens when you don’t have a manager to whinge about. Since Hughes, Reed and Krueger all left tensions have been building and the new kit has been a release valve. At least we don’t look like Liverpool! That was the only time I would have felt like frothing at the mouth over a kit. For all of the moaning on here and on Twitter, I bet plenty of people will buy it.

Looks fine to me. For those who think that the black stripe at the top looks like a bra, have you ever been with a woman? It’s red and white stripes and it unique to us. Job done.

Banter or batter? And if you can’t be childish on this thread Batman, where can you be?
-
Indeed! Although I have to say that I am mightily impressed that submariner cooks use nuclear fission and hydraulics in their kitchens! And we have also learned that Batman was a submariner but not a cook. Perhaps a dishwasher? Maybe that is where the nuclear fission comes in. They nuke the greasy plates?
-
I think that it is admirable that you are so supportive of the culinary trade carried out by submariners, although, as has been mentioned, I am not sure why cooking in a submarine is any different than cooking anywhere else. Although you obviously can’t just pop down to the corner shop for some eggs and bacon if you run out. If it isn’t you, I must have confused our Jamie Oliver of 20,000 fathoms with Delldays? But you do seem to have a lot of knowledge about their conditions for someone who has never done the job!
-
I don’t see it as a figure of fun Batman. I see you as a figure of fun. You seem to know a lot about the conditions they work under. Other people have said that you were a cook on submarines. Why do you think that is?
-
I am sure he can speak for himself but it’s not surprising to see you alt right supporters sticking together.
-
So you have never worked as a cook on a submarine?
-
Draw or drawer, you are still not the sharpest knife in it. I am not suggesting those who cook are thick. I am suggesting that you are not the brightest person on board your submarine.
-
You really aren’t the sharpest knife in the draw are you? I think that you have ably demonstrated yet again why the only piece of equipment they let your near on a nuclear sub was a cooker. I’ll let you and hypo carry on following each other around here like a pair of lovesick teenagers. You two deserve each other.
-
Absolutely. As we know, racism isn’t a major problem in this country is it hypo?
-
Random conversations regarding racism and Islamophobia. What is weird is the way you always jump in on a thread about one or the other supporting those of a far right disposition yet you pretend that you don’t have far right leanings. What is even weirder is that you continue to use Pepe as your avatar but claim you are not an alt right supporter. When it comes to weird mate, you’ve got it nailed.
-
Are you suggesting that I have been supporting Tommy Robinson? You are the one with the alt right avatar hypo. Or perhaps you just have a thing about frogs?
-
Not really surprising as your thoughts are never far from Tommy are they Delldays?
-
Danny Baker isn’t stupid so I am surprised that he didn’t realise how his “gag” would be interpreted. He has never come across as a Tommy Robinson type and it is a shame that he should lose his job over what seems to be clearly a misjudged attempt at humour. A slapped wrist and a few weeks garden leave would probably have done the trick. Ironic that we have someone clinging on to her job despite the fact that most of the country want her gone for massive ineptitude whereas Baker has to go for poking a bit of fun at a minor royal. If he had meant it as a racist comment of course he had to go, but I don’t believe for one minute that he did mean it that way.

Choked about the result but fair play to Liverpool, that was some come back. I can only hope that the final goes to penalties and that Lovren misses the vital kick.
-
Now there’s an image that is going to haunt me for the rest of the day!
-
There were 2 different milkshake incidents. I was quoting what the person involved in one of them made of the incident. It sounds like this was the other incident.
-
Flushed out another Yaxley-Lennon supporter I see.
-
You tell me Delldays. You don’t seem to have a problem with the far right.

It is interesting that those of a far right persuasion seem to play down the level of racial abuse still endemic in this country. Despite high profile footballers coming out and saying that it is still an issue, there are regular reports that this is still a big issue here. This morning I was reading about the problem reported to Leicester FA about children as young as 7 being targeted for racial abuse and the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Football Forum has started to collate grassroots experiences from across the country. There have been monkey chants and Islamophobic remarks made towards players at kids games. One team of Asian children were told that they should be "blowing things up, not playing football." One parent offered a kid a banana saying that he should be used to it. We are used to high profile racism as practiced by the likes of Tommy Robinson. Apparently one of his milkshake episodes was caused by him constantly berating an innocent Asian guy about Asian rape gangs to the extent that the guy got fed up with him and emptied his milkshake over him. This heinous act has since caused the guy to receive death threats on top of the beating that he received from Tommy and his thugs at the time. Sadly we are used to these things happening on our streets, but when you hear of racist abuse being aimed at young kids it is very clear that there is still a strong racist element in this country. To pretend that we dont have the depth of problem here that they have elsewhere is not only foolish, it is covering up the threat that the far right still poses in the UK.
-
To be fair, it is not difficult to be morally superior to far right supporters like you hypo. Funny too that you ignore the others who post supposedly “morally superior” posts. I guess you are afraid that they will give you are harder time than I do.

This is what will really happen:- The Board will be reshaped. The squad will be reshaped within our financial constraints. We will finish midtable. The usual suspects will continue to snipe at every decision made by the club.
