There is a bit of tolerance in speeding to allow for speedo error . In the case of 70 mph they said they allowed 3 mph then added 2 mph , unfortunately I was clocked doing 83 which they said equates to me being done for 80 mph ! So my speed alarm is now set to 75 .

I'm no expert but It may depend on the VPN , Nord seems to be good but others , which cost more , can allegedly give access to almost anything . A while back BBC blocked content in USA as they wanted people to subscribe to their channel , Nord seemed to work this year while Tunnel Bear didn't. Only Motd but hardly saw JWP in the match apart from taking a corner or getting hit on the arm by the ball. When I saw him against his teammates he looked tiny !

Looking at Motd they defended like the Saints , no communication between defenders , lots of defenders in the box but fail to tackle/intercept/block lone attacker etc .
