To start this off according to Sky with a guy outside the training ground. We have made contact with Everton for Theo Walcott. More development soon.

This is what I think will happen on the last day. RLC will come to us if the team he wants to join (maybe West Ham) don’t come forward with a better deal for Chelsea to accept. Ralph will have plan B which is another squad player from a EPL team. (Who knows but I fancy the Liverpool squad player) We will also sign another winger but he will be one mentioned in the past and he will fly in on Monday to complete the deal. Going out is pretty obvious Boufal, and that shit defender plus the likes of Sims and Hesketh. Overall a happy transfer window as we will have 4 good players to come in and improve our squad.

When was the last time we played a home Sunday match starting at 12.00? I reckon we are unbeaten so it’s a good omen.

When was the last time we tried to rush two deals through on transfer deadline day? I remember Mane and Toby but the deal took a couple of weeks as we had snippets beforehand. I personally think we will only get one loan deal in before Monday as we’ve left it too late.

I get the feeling we will end up with Choudary and Davies because nobody else wants them. Hope not as they both don’t excite me at all.

Vestergaard was good second half vs Palace and good again yesterday. It’s time to back him I think but not with a high line like against Spurs. JWP has gone off the boil this season but he has nobody challenging him for his place. Also at 70 minutes I would of brought on a couple of subs as Armstrong, Che and Moussa were giving the ball away constantly. IMHO other than his goal Ings had a stinker but you keep him on the pitch because he will put your one chance away unlike Che who spooned his into the stands.

Seriously you have to believe it when you see it. I do agree some teams are backing their managers with some good signings and WBA, Leeds, Brighton to name a few will be tough to beat this season.

Okay forget Butland but someone else must be better than our current 3?

It sounds so much like we are bargain hunting, Nothing wrong with that but I would rather a player that comes as a starter player rather than another average squad player. I personally would sell Gunn and Forster and get Butland in as no 1. Go big on a decent CB and move Jack Stephen’s as a holding midfielder unless you take a loan holding midfielder in. Don’t need anymore striker options as Che Adams and Djenipo will get better and better.

If a takeover did happen then I'm pretty sure the price for players we are after will go up. Think it's important to get a few deals agreed before anything happens.
