I believe Hackney who’s Boro’s best player is still injured.

Another reason to rest a few players. Was talking to an Ipswich fan who said it was unusual for McKenna to put two fast wingers against us. He seems to think it might of been a tactic after watching Manchester City attacking our wings in the cup match. Bree certainly looked off his feet and I expect Fellows and Scienza who do the tracking back to cover were a little worn out.

They were mentally exhausted at the start as THB was pumping into Nomansland while Peretz kicked it out twice. When you play the game at a top level you will understand it more. This squad needs a massive reset which comes with a rest. I’m beginning to think Tonda decided to save some subs for Saturday as he felt it was pointless pushing for a winner as the automatics are surely going to either Millwall or Ipswich that have very easy home matches. Maybe the gamble is hoping Boro don’t get the win at Wrexham so we have home advantage last.

Had a good look at him today and every tackle and quick ball to get us going was done by Jander. Easily can see a team shoving a 40m cheque under our noses if we don’t go up.

I truly believe we can beat anyone away even if the first leg is home for us first. It’s important to get Bree, Leo, Jander & THB rested, Stephens and Matsuki back plus Azaz over his leg injury. This squad has played far too much football in the last 7 weeks and a rest will do them the world of good.

Looked like a fire drill on the final whistle between Chelsea and Leeds. Probably say 85% of our fans stayed for a further 15 minutes on the whistle.

Both teams will be leggy but I really do think Tonda has been mixing the pack brilliantly. Manning to start with Matsuki in his usual position with Charles & Jander in the centre with Larin who starts with Archer on the left flank. Leo to come off the bench with Stewart to push on.

Anything is possible. WBA beat Ipswich on Saturday then we need to beat Ipswich and put a few past Preston then all eyes on Millwall and Oxford while we hope Ipswich don’t dick QPR by too many.

Watched the City Burnley game yesterday. They have a lot of great moves around the box but that killer pass is just not there. We can beat them on set pieces for sure, JWP was whipping the balls in time and time again but the Burnley donkeys couldn’t get a head to it as they were slow to react. Saw on the blue moon chat that they are crap at attacking set plays and crap at defending them. Im sure our Tonda would have done his homework by holding them for the first 20 minutes to tire out and try beat them with our counters and set plays.

Looking at that penalty Ipswich got yesterday. The players just know how to con the officials. That’s 3 in a row for them and it’s ones we would never of got because our players don’t know how to spin around when an opponent puts an arm on their body.

Reckon it could be 5-5 after watching the game tonight.

You have to admit that his performance versus Pompey recently and at Swansea could have seen him get a red card. Everything else in his game is brilliant as he makes the middle of the park tick.

Any clever player could get him sent off. Reckon Manchester City could target him Saturday.

I think Matsuki has been brilliant on that right flank as he works well with Bree. This is why Edozie does not start games as he leaves Manning exposed too often. I love the balance Tonda has and the changes he makes keeps the system in place.

Larin over Stewart in both games. Stewart was terrible on Saturday!

Praying for a Boro win. If an Ipswich victory then it’s really gonna be tough for us to go up automatically.

Get the best team on from the start and go at it. Then freshen it up second half and nail them for taking our unbeaten record a couple of years back.

I’m still not sure about Tonda as our manager. Think we should give it a couple more games before deciding what to do next. Think the boos towards him will have Sports Republic sacking him soon.

I spent a few hours cutting a few up for the final we had in Wales. Security refused to let me bring it in as they did not fancy the clean up afterwards.
