From the Jones sacking statement it sounds like they have already started the process. I.e Selles will prepare the team for Chelsea (not necessarily take the game)

Wasn't there talk of Selles laying into the players after Ralph was sacked?

Was thrown out for remonstrating in front of the directors box towards the end of the game. Don't even think Rasmus was there.

Peter Crouch was the same. He said on his podcast that overly tall players (himself included) aren't actually that great in the air because they don't jump. Reckons he was better in the penalty area when attacking the ball rather than winning it from goal kicks etc.

Tbf Sulemana was pretty decent when he came on last week. Weeks worth of training - get him on the pitch on Saturday.

Apparently it isn't being live streamed but the club are going to provide a recording a few days after the event. Basically editing out all the negative stuff about Jones. It'll only be about 2 minutes long!

Wouldn't be against Nuno tbh. Not a fan of 5 at the back but he does know how to make his team's hard to beat. Exactly what we need at the moment.

I agree. We seem to be spending a bit of money as well so that might appeal to Rafa. The clubs position may not however..

DCC and ABK are the two best CB's we have when it comes to winning headers. We seem to have massive problems with conceding goals that are headers. So what does Jones do? Play neither of them. Go figure..

To be fair Ralph was sacked first thing on a Monday morning. If he is still manager at lunch time tomorrow then I'll be concerned.

I think it's to do with Selles and certain players.

Shame Osvaldo wasn't there to nut Jones.

They didn't even need to get out of first gear. In fact they weren't great at all. You don't have to be to comfortably beat us these days though.
