Indeed. If you watch Rothwells highlights from when he was at Blackburn, you can see his strength is carrying the ball forwards. His game isn't suited to the tippy happy football as much. It's about being positive and creating opportunities.

Martin made a big error by taking Smallbone off when he did. It should've been Stu off at that point. You could see he was knackered. I love Stu but he's a bit of a luxury player and isn't best suited when you are defending a lead.

His distribution was poor today, which is normally his strength. Both goals were basically in off the post, no keeper in the world is saving either shot.

Let's be honest, we've won the last two games because the opposition were shite at the back and we have created a lot of good chances. If we continue to defend like we do then Leicester, Ipswich and Leeds will beat us no trouble.

I thought he put in some great tackles. He's never a right back though. It's crazy that he's being asked to play there.

Positives - Rothwell added a lot when he came on. - Manning was better than normal. - Adams did well against a big CB. Negatives - More missed chances, especially from AA who's finishing is largely poor. - This Stephens love affair needs to end now. Play the players in their natural positions. - Sulemena was a collosal waste of money.

Could be done. Tickets have already been purchased etc so no problems with that. But yes you'd think it would need to be decided today. I think out of all the dates, next Wednesday would be the best for us.

Watched the West Brom game last night. They didn't impress me at all. Would definitely be my team of choice in the play off semi finals.

No doubt it'll come out next year that they broke the rules this season, then it'll be too late as they would've already gone up at possibly our expense.

Looking at the calendar the only space for the game is a midweek at the end of April, unless they change it to next Tuesday/Wednesday. They've got to fit the Leicester game in too.

Would take him if Martin fails to get us promoted. He's done a brilliant job so far.

I don't think you would be able to deny Ipswich and Leicester the top two places if they get them.They have been the best two sides this season for sure. Out of all the sides the one I'd least like to play in a play off final is Ipswich.

Tbh their intensity is on a different level. If we turn up to their place like we did Vs Millwall and Hull we will get soundly beaten.

Leeds and Leicester will both win comfortably. Ipswich don't look great so far against Bristol City but they often do this and grab a late goal.
