I would say 2 pages. The first page is all important, it will decide if the person reading it will bother to go any further. Be concise, put all important information on the first page ie. recent employment history, main qualifications etc. Don't waffle, don't lie but accentuate the positive.

Agreed. As the state is paying them, they should work for the benefit of the community, doing work that would otherwise not be done. They should not be effectively subsidising a private company. Breach of the Peace is a very wooly law. You can be arrested if, in the opinion of a police officer, you remaining where you are is likely to cause a breach of the peace. It's not a criminal offence, more a preventative measure.

Presumably this was the infamous Portswood Link - a motorway standard road into the centre of town. It was eventually modified and downgraded and became Thomas Lewis Way but for many years in the 70s a lot of properties in Portswood and St Denys were virtually unsaleable as it was planned that the road would pass nearby.

I think it's late 80s. The chocolate boxes had gone and the Milton was one big terrace. Also the other picture I posted from the same time shows the Lower East Stand when it was divided between bench seats at the Milton end and terraces at the Archers.

Back in the Dell days there was usually a reserve game on Saturday afternoon when the first team were away. Free to season-ticket holders. If you had small kids, it was a good way of seeing if they would be interested before taking them to a first-team game.
