Had an email last week to say that the Stoke tickets should be in the new Saints app. Still haven't appeared in mine so I sent the ticket office a message to ask why. Within about an hour, they phoned me to say that my phone is too old and, although I can use the app, it can't be used for tickets. As it's not my fault, they're going to send me a physical card. My phone is only about 3 years old so I imagine that others may have the same problem.
