Saints 1 Arsenal 1 - Post Match Reactions & MotM
OldNick replied to Lighthouse's topic in The Saints
We have got to give BOrac his chance now, but if KD had distributed the ball like him today we would have 2or 3 threads on it. I hope BOrac will now go on and make the keepers shirt his own -
Saints 1 Arsenal 1 - Post Match Reactions & MotM

I thought Theo didn't try and chase it, Theo and Alex are saints at heart -
A bit disappointed as I had hoped to do the 'I 4-1' it does not work the same 'I for 5-0'

Joel's Holland came into my business the other day, he was not laugh a minute but very restrained. He didn't buy anything but he was very complimentary about the stock.....I'd have preferred him being rude and bought something though. Never mind he said he would come back in again

Have a great one everybody, including Mackrill
-
You meant 1911 surely
-
it takes a big man to apologise/ admit you were wrong, we know what you won't of course. You said the thread was a figment of the posters imagination, i immediately found 2 who were saying just the same thing. The point was made and proved, it was not a figment of imagination by the original poster. Go to the Fulham thread and there are more doubters but I need not trouble myself anymore as I have proved you wrong. You had also made it seem i had started the thread which I did not, another mistake by you. As for 'assembled your thoughts in future' I suspect you may have to look in the mirror Charlie

are you for real??? a keeper sticks to the line until the forward is in the box lol. If that is the case the modern keepers must be quicker than the Jamaican sprinters when they clear the ball from onrushing forwards that have been put through on goal. i think you have totally misunderstood your goalkeeping coach as staying your line leaves the goal wide open as you have not cut an angle down. id love ot have played against keepers like that.
-
Well if you did your research I didn't start the thread, I just went and looked at 1 page on the Fulham game and found 2 instantly.I did not need to find or wish to underline another of your mistakes as you had said the OP was a figment of imagination. An apology would be correct
-
They didn't need to give him a medical as they came on here and read what a must he should be.afterall the intelligentsia on here had seen some YouTube of him, and seen Seria A highlights.
-
Wade from the normal camera angle it looks poor but from behind the goal I can see how he saw it late. I dearly wish for KD to show the doubters, but he is running out of time. Unlike the last few seasons he has not made a match winning save that shuts the disloyal ungrateful fans among us . I hope Gazza turns into a top keeper but I have little faith at this time, and Boruc seems to be judged on his performances on YouTube not real life
-
to get a PL side you need to spend a lot more than we have. QPR are now going to show you what it needs to stay up,adding to their massive squad. It is naive to believe that PL players were going to play in L1 . I hope we become EUropes biggest spenders we could then compete at the top and stay there
-
you say you were a keeper, if you used to stop efforts like the second one, you must have been hell of a keeper. If you watch the goal from behind the goal , you can see KD view is obscured. It is one of those that sometimes stay out but others go in. I suspect you would have plucked the 3rd from the air without moving. The microscope is on KD and he is under pressure . I feel we need a keeper, I haven't watched BOrac and so can't judge. Can NA change the keeper yet again?
-
Well considering you stated that they were a figment of the OP,s imagination and I found 2 without trying too hard , then it is fair to assume there are many more. There are many goons on here and they do not see the value of RL , thankfully they are in the minority, but they are there.
-
I am surprised how badly NA is received by opposition fans. He always praises the other team, perhaps he ought to just ignore the other team like Pulis who was negative
-
you asked and I gave you some examples, you are an Arsenal fan so Idont see your concern anyway.
-
Go to the Fulham thread and you will see Wessex saint and Window cleaner being 2, that was with just a cursory glance
-
RL is the main player for our survival hopes, sadly most football fans think unless you run around like a headless chicken you have no desire or passion.
-
It is disappointing to drop points from a winning position, but I doubt many of us realistically thought we,d get anything from today's game. Even at halftime I was expecting to be pulled back as Stoke are a very strong team. At the end of the season this point will be handy.
-
Playing 3 centre backs is all about countering the bombardment we will get today. A draw is the best i am hoping for
-
that is a surprise and very sad. I will always recall him taking Lillee and Thompson on. RIP
-
but the intelligensia think she is great. I viewed a Christies modern art auction and could not believe the utter trash that comes under the 'modern art' banner. it is an old cliche but you would not be surprised of a lot were from kindergarden or junior school artrooms. The majority of modern art is a case of the emperors new clothes.

Not to hart, who is the best keeper in the world at present. No doubt there are fans who are asking for City to get someone in instead of him, as for De gea he hardly inspires. Saturday Swartzer was given the plaudits but he nearly made a massive mistake, but of course only our keeper makes the mistakes in the PL.

i have only seen Gazza 'live' in one game and that was Norwich. In the 2nd half he was shot and was like a rabbit in the headlights. KD should have done better against Fulhams goal but his past performances show he is a capable keeper. Whether he is good enough still time will tell, but I worry that Gazza is not yet good enough.
