  1. Fos would put the fear of god up Phils team, Im waiting for his nod and I would obviously enjoy showing him some proper leadership with my well honed management skills
  2. yep 1min 30 of fans arsing around, taken from 9am - 1pm and then up to 7pm after the game. Personally IMO there will be lots of people like myself who will moan and let it go. There is always another day and those people who are trying this new professional business COYR will find that those 2000 people will remember the episode and tell their friends who will in turn not trust anything this organisation ever put forward. no doubt the Echo will get plenty of fans giving their opinion that they should not publicise their events again. I feel that the mealy mouthed statement will not do any good. Instead of coming aout and saying 'Yes it was not as good as they hoped, we will refund any disatisfied customers if they can provide tickets' (not many would be left in possession) That would have gone a long way to appease the many who were not happy. To say that the majority enjoyed the venue is a nonsense IMO, and of course the adrenyline filled day was always going to not let this ruin our fabulous day. It is a major gaff and shortterm gain that in the long run cost them many future customers.
  3. That is as confusing as my tactical team talks. Option B seems the most likely scenario as you only have to find some glory hunter who only has to jog around for 45 minutes. Suits the9 or Baj to a tee, or even old man time Fos1 Leave it to you and see what/who coughs up
  4. A lot of sense for a change though
  5. I was told NP met the team last season at Sheff wed just to say hello and then mentioned that MM was always on his case. I don't think MM is that easy to get on with and if NP got the chance I suggest he would go. I was not his most vocal supporter but he has done very well and i do like his manner.
  6. who has the quote from AA that none of their star or first team squad would be sold pre the FA cup semi final. Lol So much for transparency
  7. Fos as much as I would love you to turn out for my side the honour of playing for me should be more than enough. You would see proper management, none of Phils namby pamby come on we are the best nonsense, and when I met Tiger Woods stuff, but the proper salt of the earth stuff like pushing in the queue for the half time grub and fighting over who has the last Rolo. Get your boots out and join the winning team, you wont need a family relative of the manager to be ref this time, but be with the skill guts and spirit my TEAM give.
  8. You've got to give it to the sculptor he certainly got a very good likeness
  9. tell them it wasn't you, somebody else who was giving it a test drive as you were trying to sell it.
  10. Sounds like you have road tested the fruit to see. As for your relative who was referee, it is no good now back tracking, he was a spitting image of you but just with Ginger hair
  11. Too late the Yardies have taken the option to take the gig on. At this moment they are getting a Haitian club shipped across.
  12. I watched a film once and a pompey fan was a director i suppose he made money from that. I would have thought it is more upsetting that NI was dealing with the man , as he would know him personally to set it all up.
  13. Allardyce another who had a cloud over him during the panorama programme also I thought they were not going to get rid of anyone before the semi final!!
  14. Just been on the UI and Nick has posted up a Youtube of the clubs party. All 1 1/2minutes of it. He has shingles and has to go to hospital today. I hope he recovers soon.
  15. I assume he some sort of contract they would have to pay up
  16. To be fair, fans like this are hurting and probably realise that stirring this up will cost their beloved club in doing so.They want not only justice for themselves but football as a whole. I have asked for justice to be served and if this fan helps it happen then good luck to him.
  17. At last a satisfied customer. If you went to a new years eve party that had been advertised free beer fun and top class entertainment, and then found water and the 50year old from 3 doors away playing songs from his old record collection you wouldnt be too happy. Especially as the place next door was free and stocking beer as well as decent dj's.I suspect you'd be unhappy. IMO St Bobby is correct
  18. We all had a great day, but it had nothing to do with 'The great saints party' at the Silver Spoon
  19. It would have to be a bloody big jar of honey. Dont start back tracking about your relative reffing the game, just because you are not tipsy after the couple of Martinis. As for that poor student who came to the bar to order a drink and you trying to be helpful said to her 'I dont know if you realise this darling, but you have a big spot on your nose.' The poor girl ran off crying, only for me to tell you it was a nose stud. You should keep to the low alcahol stuff, no wonder EricofArabia made excuses not to come across to the big game with you.
  20. He could be successful in Scotland, he won't be in England unless he gets lucky against Chelsea in the Fa Cup
  21. Well we agreed to meet up for a drink to iron our our differences. You got a bit aggressive after I showed you the evidence that I had dug up, that the ref for the last game was indeed a distant relative. You kept that quiet. Anyway, how was I to know you'd get so lairy after 2 martini's and a pink gin. The taxi driver said to me as we drove past you, trying to hold back a chuckle ,that he wouldn't rush back to pick you up 'after last time'. What he was alluding to im not sure. As for a cure for a cold, a bath of boiling water springs to mind. I hope the home team can indeed also uphold our honour when we play. Ok so you hammered Foxy on the golf course, but that was a different sport, he will come out determined to put that right when he is through on goal.
  22. Yep you live and learn. Foolishly I thought that NI would not put his name to such a thing. Whilst I do not know him I felt that he would be sure of the venues quality. it was billed as a party and whilst I have been to lots of s### parties I didnt ever believe it was going to be as it was. I find the sneering posts of some quite amusing, these people are so clever and enlightened never have they had reason to complain about anything they have purchased or been sold, as they are so damned astute. If I ever go back to Wembley to see the Saints i will know whrere to go next time.
  23. I assume money forwarded from parachute payments and tv money
  24. It was not a pub, are you stupid?
