My copy arrived last night and watched it.As is said at the time Influenced was immense and sadly overlooked for man of the match by the less knowledgable (although Griffo did do well) until they watched it again.Notice how Phil mentions the inspired substitution when there was no stop in play Lol. My keeper did some great saves but the 3rd goal was a right co## up from his drop kick out Lol to leaving it to hit the post. I watched the game at x32 and Fos was even slow in that. Overall the football was quite neat and a neutral would see the result as a travesty but that is football. One of the home teams midfielders was very good, he played a lovely pass through for the 2nd? I think it was in the move Fos was talking about. The9's second goal was very well taken, classy. It is amazing how you get attached to your players even on a night like that and I felt sorry for them and sickened for them even now after all they put in on the night.Well done to my team , stars the lot of you. The cameraman thankfully spent most of his time hoping for a big tip and so kept filming Phil. Overall i thought the DVD was very good and did you all proud, there wasnt a bad player on the pitch and all tried to play it on the ground.

i have held back until now to say that yours was a quality goal.
-
Fortunately you were one of my prized players on the night along with the other 14 of course and are forgiven. The humiliation of it being posted on Youtube is punishnment enough.I suggest you publish some of your other stuff on there to counteract it.
-
does that fall into line with all his other statements made in that time? I would have thought if it was not a football club (and this is not just Pompey) there would be trading standards issues here.IMO They have been leading the fans along on false promises and that is just wrong.

Ah but you have forgotten about their s/t sales, Corp tells us that it is at 12k and are expected to rise to 16k. You have to take your hats off to them, on the crest of a wave post the FA cup win they get 13.5k s/t sales and now when all is falling to pieces Corp tells us to expect 16k will buy them.........ohhhhh How many have they sold at present, Corps mate says 12k, I have been told it is sub 8k (although that is not from somebody as well connected as Corp is of course)
-
Yep we mustn't forget that
-
Yep, the ref was blinded by the great big envelope that Phil slipped him before the now infamous 'substitutegate' incident. I have only seen any clips on here but it seems the away side were winning 3-2 and so it was a draw after all

more like Steve Sherwood and Watford

dont worry you're still my number 1 keeper. Im sure when we review the whole match you make up for the odd small mistake. I am looking forward to watch their equaliser to see what exactly happened when a harmless shot seemed to deviate to come back from the post.
-
I have reviewed it again and want Baj Simon and our keeper in for extra training. Baj what was that pathetic attempt of closing Fos down? Yes your white boots di look very pretty and i know you had just spent the longest period of the game on your feet but... Simon what was that sliding tackle that provided the finest sliderule pass for them to take advantage of? and as for throwing the ball into the net????

Valid but time is of the essence. i was talking to a Cherry fan today and he said how important it was to get rid of the -10. It hangs around you like a cloak and drags the morale down. Last season it was a case in point. We went on a 3 match winning streak and in normal times that would have made us catch the rivals but they also had a run and so it kept us low. We need to start with some good results and Millwall home will be as hard a start as we could get. They are a useful side.
-
Yes but they look like both of them were left feet. I had to turn the volume down watching you on the ball. All that clicking of the joints put my teeth on edge. My boys certainly showed too much respect there, I hadn't realised quite how much time you were afforded. You were lucky Hamster was not on our side as you would have had a two footed tackle at neck height to take you out, and that would have been only in the tunnel as we walked out..
-
im glad you picked that as well. Showboating from Granty and he got lucky. I did like the clip of me showing how to catch the ball, after seeing a couple of the home teams goals perhaps.............
-
As much as I dislike some of the Pompey fans a lot are decent lads . I would just like them taken down a peg or 5

isnt it the classic case of leaking a players name as though you are interested, then all of a sudden he and his agent is knocking at the door. The panic then sets in, 'My husbands not home can can you come back friday, and then Ill pay.'
-
Who moi
-
I read he was prepared to take a pay cut to go to Watford, so we should expect him to do the same here.I doubt he will though.
-
Wonder why they said wait until friday? Odd
-
you're a keeper that is expected of you, Ok you were playing midfield but I make exceptions of my star players
-
with GH I assume

You were there Lets B, you saw the travesty. I taught Fergie everything he knows about being a bda loser. My DVD is still AWOL by the way. Iam told 1 of the suppliers is abroad, no doubt selling the rights to a foreign broadcaster.
-
but if you go to games and sit in the same place, you normally make friends around you. I go along with my daughter, but speak to many around us....whether they want to or not Lol
-
Its interesting that hte picture is titled Portsmouth Point, I wonder when that will be?
-
Thanks, i do hope you aint out in the sun again
-
Thanks, I really like him and hope he gets more games in this season. He really was taken out badly by that QPR defender.I dont think he can be blamed for getting that injury.
