I fully understand the excitement by some of Lowe leaving but i also have great trepidation that it may end in tears.All those investors you told me were floating about and wouldnt come because RL was at the helm have no excuse now. i may also now be able to tell you that RL in the last 6 weeks had been personally showing people around he club and trying his damndest to get investment . Of course some of that would be as he wanted to save his money. If you could ever pick a worst period since the war to look for an investor, good old SFC have picked that time.

Duncan thanks. I know the importance of keeping the source of any info to yourself. Afterall it can sometimes be a threat to jobs. I have always wondered why a club like our and a city that has provided so many wealthy men that none have come forward to invest. Now is the time and if they have an ego that needs massaging then we are the club, because i would expect anybody who saves us from the abyss will be of hero status.

but that is not the case.Posts from all sides were saying that this season was all about surviving.We are still alive in both the league and financially. Ok the breathing is erratic. Everyone who had been dealt the cards would have trouble winning unless they could find somebody to invest. We had our investors when Wildes bunch were here, we had them when LC was here and perhaps we had them under Lowe but they all were talk and no action.we are in limbo at present and perhaps an investor will come forwqard, all we can do is hold our breath and hope.

I dont think there is anybody that associates itself with the club who cannot take a small part of the blame.I myself would accept that by being vocally against Hoddle has been a cause(not that i regret it much) staying away cost the club revenue, bad managerial appointments again a major cost, the players too weak minded to allow 2 goal leads slip, getting sent off in 6 pointer games, not taking the ball to the corner flag were gain major issues.Not spending a lot on 1 player insead of a lot on many average players, keeping managers in their job too long, not moving from the Dell earlier, moving from the Dell, getting rid of Lowe ,reappointing Lowe. all those things have been instramental not just one person.
