As I see it at present is that house prices may have gone up for 1 major reason.People who have large balances in the building society are not getting any interest and so mistakenly think they will buy a property to rent out to get a better return.In time they will find that the rental properties are not being let and so the prices will reduce again.Add ot that unemployment and inflation kicking in in about 6-9 months and so the interest rates will rise. In turn more people will then get repossesed and therefore prices may be under pressure again.A lot more misery yet. Try and be patient and things will be ok

Armstrong was 1 of the best midfieders who I can recall playing for us.As a manager he would be a disaster.He doesnt inspire me let alone kids.His 3 at the back would need better and speedier players than we have and his constant when 'I was playing da da da' would soon get on the players nerves as it does mine.He has no charisma and I cant see him building a team spirit.he didnt even like Andy townsends tease at him.He has yet to see a ref decision that is wrong, that's no good if we have nobody to blame either. to be fair any players dropped or not playing never like the manager.I dont think the pllayers liked many good managers but respected them.Just listen to what McGovan said about Clough, he didntl ike hom but loved playing for him. I myself quite like Wotte the way he says but whether he is good enough it is hard to say , we havent seen who he would buy if he had funds.His loan signing of Size was quite good and understands you need a big forward. I know he is not rated but it is hard to say whether he is good enough.

Not in the Pink last night, just one of a fan with the 'we'll be back' written on it. I had a litle problem getting in with it, but the fans behind me had a go at the lovely lady steward as they said it would be pathetic if it was confiscated as they said it was amusing. She took it to the turnstile and showed it to the steward there to get a 2nd opinion and she liked it and so they let me in.
