Miami Heat v Toronto Raptors. I dont think it was top league. The 'Heats' number 3 Wade made history that night im told by scoring a high amount of points and setting up lots as well. Miami lost 97-104 if my memory serves me well. I will look for the Heats results in future and hope they do well.I was also going to watch an American football game Miami v NE P atriots but was put off by the high price I was told tickets to get a reasonable view was (there were 6 of us ) $150-200 each.

i sampled my first ever live Basketball match in the US. I had never seen anything in the game before ( I still dont understand some of the rules) but it was entertaining from the moment we got into the arena. Interestingly for me the tickets we bought came with a voucher for a pizza and coke and were mid ranged seats $26. The dancing girls were superb and they were very professional and did some real technical stuff. The game itself was exciting and the atmosphere when Miami looked to be getting ahead near the end was really good. I would reecommend anyone travelling across to the States to go and watch a game, it is so much better than it comes across on TV. We couldnt match them for the entertainment if we tried to put it on over here.

yeah I can see Tesco and every retail business going around repricing all their stock.The cost of doing so in time is more costly. The prices will stay the same. I tell you what you go and buy 100k worth of shares and not expect something back. All the shareholders could put their money into a building society and get 5% so why not invest it in shares and expect a return on their money? That is business. I never said that NP would not have worked with the youngsters. I did say that whoever was chairman would have had to make some spectacular cuts.Now if it wasnt at the high end earners it would have been at the other high cost base where it would make IMMEDIATE savings. The acadamy would be the other if not the high earners. I like others could have stomached NP and happy to see what he could do. I know for a fact that before RL returned that LC was told by the banks that they would support the club but everything that moved had to be gone to keep their support. The acadamy would be an easy way to slash the costs, as the products are long term the savings immediate.This would be to accomodate us keeping a few of the higher earners. LC got rid of Rasiak but that was down to the enormous wage package he is on. As for closing the corners It has been suggested that LC had that in mind and if so whoopee action at last. When you jump for joy as we go into administration i do hope you will remember your wishes for us to lose as you wont go as you dont want to pay to watch Saints v Rochdale or the like.
