we started slowly and then started to control a bit of posession and then Cov got a goal from nothing.Aided by some poor lino and ref decisions.I only saw it on tv but the coverage was appalling we didnt get a chance to see a rerun of Bests shopt that hit the post and he looked miles offside. We were poor in the last third and until Jan took the gamble we were toothless. The change made a massive difference and had Surmans flick gone in or DMG 1 on 1 been put away things would have been interesting.As I put in another thread I was annoyed with Surmans greediness when others were better placed and he shot instead of picking out a player.TV cameras clouded his judgement.Being the star player to nowdown the pecking order may havbe a bit to do with it.

I beleive DMG will become a vvery good player. Like Lallana he gets into some great positions with tremendous skill, yes he does fluff chances butr he is only young and will learn. We cannot afford to get on players backs and he is doing ok. As for Drew he was more greedy than DMG last night.

When Hammil was here there were many fansd who questioned why he wasnt playing and were adamant he was class. You may not have thought he was good all along but I did.I was realistic to think that keepers make mistakes and some fans couldnt see through that and wanted someone to blame. The professional people whose job depended on their decisions thought the same, so who is right. It is an impossible to answer.I felt KD made save point winning saves and that more tha made up for the 2 holwers. You are certainly well jenned up on NUFC. KK has a history as far as Im concerned of walking out in a huff.OK it may be only a few times but he has been in and out of football for years at a time. Sambosa you seem to know more about this than most.From the little I see of KK over the years is that he is prone to these storming out episodes and it is part of his personality.The time he should have made his stand was when Wise was first installed. The alarm bells should have started ringing then, how could he be seen as a better judge of footballer that KK, a director of football is not a scout and it would be folish to think he is. The outrage Harry had about his wrongdoings from the Villa fans and now SOl. At no time did he/they come out and condemn their treatment of Ashley Cole. Just a bunch of pussies who cant take it back.I expect even some Pompey fans feel a tad embarrassed at these actions.
