  1. No pinnacle have not made an offer, do keep up!
  2. Only if the Administrator delays making a decision on the bid already in and they withdraw in frustration.
  3. Correct, the Stewards will not be paid.
  4. I have purposely not asked for the details of the parties behind the money and I am pleased that they want to stay anonymous. That suggests real intent rather that publicity seekers or tyre kickers. I note the email from Tony Lynam particularly "We are aware of Mr Le Tissiers comments to local press, and are pleased to have his support, should I recommend that this purchase goes to completion" That hardly says LeTissier is fronting the bid or part of it. Like I say, Media Hype.
  5. Spence, I am told that they have not completed due diligence yet. They are behind the ball game.
  6. I have had my PM off since the Administrator was called in other than for short periods of contact with another forum user who does not have my email address or mobile number. Nothing sinister. I just wanted a bit of privacy
  7. I am guarded because there is one written bid in the hands of the Administrator and he needs to make a decision quick. There is no other bid at present. Hope the party with the bid do not have second thoughts and withdraw leaving us with nothing! My information is that LeTissier will endorse any bid and owner that will take the club forward. I did not get the impression that he favours the alleged other party over any other. Seems media hype is playing it's part
  8. Guarded I would say on behalf of FF and myself.
  9. Read it again. The Administrators are considering an offer. He diod not say two offers. He said two groups interested. If one bid so far it is not LeTiss Group, trust me. But the good news is that if Wotte is right and that a bid has been received then we are safe as a club unless it is withdrawn. I think you will find that the Administrator will be waiting to see if any other offers coming in.
  10. "The administrators are considering an offer," Wotte said. "I think there are two groups. The sooner there's a solution the better." This seems to confirm that there is one offer but there are two groups interested. It suggests to me that the "MLT" one is not in yet.
  11. I have not posted much recently being too busy, hence my delay in responding to comments.. I have never said I defend Nineteen Canteen. I have defended his right to post. I have commented when posters just rubbish him without answering the points or just being downright stupid. He has told you we disagree on many points. I will also defend Andrew Cowen's reputation when someone comes on here and says it is a FACT that 19C is Andrew Cowen. AC does not post on this site. Neither has Lowe ever posted (although it seems he got his fingers burned once for employing someone who did the pr posting for him). Leon Crouch has never posted. Dave Jones is alleged to have posted for a short while some time back. We all know about Michael Wilde's postings. Lee Hoos read the forum regularly during his period as COE and made one or two posts with general opinions on Football but nothing controvercial. We might get some good news soon (runs away and hides before the flack comes)
  12. What a load of rubbish. How do I know? Well Andrew Cowan was dining at a time that 19C was posting on here and I can assure you he did not have his laptop with him. I also know 19C so can be firm on this.
  13. But they cannot fall within the zone without the end of season deduction. They have 60 points. 4th from bottom have 47.
  14. My understanding is as follows. In the recent past Administration meant a 10 point penalty applying immediately. Then clubs like Leeds went into Administration because they knew they would be relegated anyway. The league decided to tighten up as follows: A cut off date of 4th Thursday in March was applied. Any club who went into Administration after that date had the 10 point penalty suspended until the end of the season. If they were in the relegation zone the 10 point penalty is carried over to the next season If they are out of the relegation zone the 10 point penalty applied this season. If that relegated the club so be it. The 10 point penalty is not carried over. The carry over is to close the Leeds type loophole. Source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/6736997.stm Stockport will suffer their 10 points this season and remain in the League 1 or will be relegated to League 2 depending on results of last day games but will not carry the 10 points over to lnext season. HTH
  15. Damn!! That's my bet buggered.
  16. It was a joke! Not meant to offend. Sorry if it did.
  17. I am confident he will not return in any capacity (other than as a football supporter) although I have heard he refuses to step inside SMS if Stanley has paid money to go.
  18. Someone not mentioned on this forum so far is favourite for me. Evens at present.
  19. http://www.rosebowlplc.com/pages/england-v-australia-odi-09-September-2009/ The link should help R.
  20. I have not seen or heard any evidence that Lowe is involved in any consortium at present looking at SFC or any chance he is trying to come back. The NDA's are holding firm and Mr Fry is saying nothing which might identify those at presently interested. The guys from Guernsey are too up front and that stinks of tyre kickers. There are at least two very interested parties. Let us hope there is more news from the Administrator later this week. All this speculation, despite being fun and keeping posters interest up, is just that, speculation and most very wide of the mark. You might say, "how do you know?" and my retort "how do you know I do not"
  21. I have just listened to the local Guernsey BBC news. Not a mention.
