This has been going on since May! Every time I have contact it seems we are one step away and expect next week! Some pretty conclusive evidence in the mix from very reliable people BUT every next week nothing happens. Let's stay with what we have at present. Many of us seem upbeat without investment.

An innings of 170 from batsman Jimmy Adams helped Hampshire into the final of the Second XI Trophy with a 118-run victory over Glamorgan. Adams shared an opening stand of 282 with teenage batsman Benny Howell (103), as Hampshire piled up 310-2 in their 50 overs. Glamorgan could only muster 192 all out in reply to crash to defeat.
