So many of us were pointing out that the Dutch experiment was short of physical preparation from this time last year. It might have worked if the players were tougher. But too many youngsters in a squad of unfit oldies did for us. I fear that we are going to be in a similar situation this season unless we get a tough fitness-freak manager.

Disregarding your rascist undertones, it is just possible that the community you speak of are good at making money. It is just possible that the intention is to revive Saints and then flog it as a going concern at a profit. I wouldn't mind that at all.
