Or better yet, Jim Branning off of Eastenders could take to the pitch and conduct the crowd into singing. He could wear comical giant micky mouse style gloves and have one of those conducting sticks! BRILLIANT IDEA!!
-
Unbelievable. How do they keep attracting such shady characters? And so the thread marches on, with new purpose!

Wouldn't have had you down as the religious type, Dune. Surprising. (if indeed you are)
-
Oh Jesus how could I have forgotten about that so quickly. It really is beyond belief isn't it!!

I remember seeing your DK and wanting one scott_saints, so I ended up with this And like someone above I had one'a those stupid jumping RC cars. It was ****e.

Cracking coverage on the football league show tonight

This is my plan too, my N8 contract won't run out til' next summer anyway!

Did you READ that Cortesse interview in the Sun? The guy sounds like a nutter! (an awesome nutter, I might add). This is actually almost believable when you think about it.

I find it funny how Dune and Holepuncture mince around the forum slagging everyone else off, judging them, putting them down. In the real world, where as you say: "quitters get torn to shreds", surely morons like you two do as well? No one would want to spend any time with you two judgemental, pompous intolerant numptys. The power of the internet eh? Must make up for all your personal shortcomings - or make you feel that way at any rate.

I know two people who got 1st's at Bournemouth uni, one in TV production and the other from some other media course. One works in telesales, cold calling people all day long, and the other works at ASDA. 1st class degrees, remember. Media degrees can be worthless mikey, anyone (it seems) can get a "good one" and there aren't the jobs about to make it worthwhile IMO.
-
Don't drop out. You may look forward and think "what will this degree get me?", I have been thinking the same thing recently. I'm in my final year and am on course to achieve a 1st in Games Tech (har har, what to you do all day, play games? har har har), the job market looks like an ass with hardly anyone giving out opportunities to graduates / the lack of junior positions in the industry, and it scares the hell out of me. But obviously I will be better off with a good degree on my CV than what I guess would be 2 wasted years in your case (all the fun you may have had aside) if you choose to drop out. You must know the modules you are good at by now, focus on those, fine tune your skills and what you want to do with your life will come to you.

I've got a Wiimote with a motion plus thing plugged into it, the dolphin emulator supports real Wii motes so its perfect really. All you need to play it is: A wiimote with motion plus + nunchuck Bluetooth adapter for your PC A source of infra red light (wireless sensor bars are available from about £4 on amazon) And most importantly a hefty PC to run the game - not so much about your GPU with this emulator, it is really CPU intensive, so dual core 3.0GHz + will do probably. Lots more info here: http://www.dolphin-emulator.com/support.html

Was up late playing this on Dolphin emulator last night (don't have a Wii up here). Don't know why anyone would play it on a Wii when it looks THIS good on PC (upscaled to 1080p!)

Wish I could have been there that day! The goal celebrations looked to be some of the best ever.

Is the draw for round 2 tomorrow?
-
Oh thanks Saints, I'll just make the 550 miles round trip to pick my ticket up then.... Or I'll just phone my mum. ***** hasn't got anything better to do!

Will be playing The Black Album in full at next years Download festival, just announced on Radio 1. Needless to say, I'm excited and will be there! Probably Heavy Metals greatest and most iconic album.
-
I'm sure most people will agree with you, myself included. But there will always be the thicko's that use their consistent attendance as a sort of badge of honour.
-
You crack me up, Dune. Go and get some fresh air mate, might do you some good.
-
Same. Never realised I was so into fancy dress. Maybe I can join a fancy dress club or something? Thanks Dune for pointing this out for us.

Oooo small world isn't it! Your 'friend' is leaving it a bit late isn't he? Funny how I haven't heard from him for ages and ages. Spoke to his sister the day before yesterday (who's ebay account it is) and she gave me the cars current address and was happy for me to send the docs off and leave it at that. So excuse me if I don't believe you, mehball.
