You need to rename the file and put an '.exe' filepath at the end of it.

e.g "fm10demo.exe"

It'll work then - I had the same problem as you.

still havent sorted out the "windowed" issue. When i play in windowed mode on both 2009 and 2010 the bottom goes off the screen and you cant get to it. why dont they make it so that you can manually resize it?

Works fine for me. Likely your monitor resolution isn't good enough.

I must admit, I was a tad worried about it 'doing a champ manager' and going all squeaky clean and changing the authenticity of player transfers and the fee's being utter stupid.

However as possibly the keenest FM fan(apart from MLG) I seriously can say this is the best management sim going. So realistic, with the odd transfer coup and they way you can 'unveil' a signing.

Tactics is brilliant and the match engine is brilliant, the fans look **** hot, the small details like player and crowd movements make a big difference, you have away and home fans now, and only one set celebrate.

Seriously can not wait for Friday.

For the first time in its history, the franchise finds itself second best to Championship Manager in a number of key departments - most noticeable, training, scouting and set pieces - and while its superiority remains intact, its dominance isn't as clear cut as in previous years. Football Manager is still the best, but the chasing pack is slowly, but very surely, closing the gap.

Unlike the PC version there's no way to provide digital Mac pre-orders, so the Mac download link only goes live when the game is available on Friday. I'll post a link then when it is revealed.

For PC you can download it here...

STEAM - http://store.steampowered.com/app/34000/

IGN D2D - http://www.direct2drive.com/8483/pro...-Game-Download

Gamesplanet.com http://www.gamesplanet.com/UK/pc-gam...0-1545-15.html

But won't be able to play until 30th October
