Yorkshire Saint Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 Could these be the final moments of our nearest and dearest ........ Personally, with out malice, i hope so, as a precedent needs to be set with a Premier League Club as they recently were and if it happens to be them so be it. For the balance of the argument i would have accepted it to have been Saints if it had been for the good of the game... I cant see it happening but announcement any moment. alpine_saint Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 Mockery of justice - as usual. I hope the HMRC appeal. It seems the judge has let all the emotional claptrap cloud his vision.
The Kraken Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 I have absolutely no faith in our judicial system when a company is allowed to rack up £130M of debts, continues to trade while ignoring all credit responsibilities, and this is deemed lawful and correct. Farce.
Rebel Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 I can't believe they got away with it!

alpine_saint Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 No appeal from HMRC , a complete joke and a farce. FFS. Someone has mentioned it is too complex too appeal. Why not give a formal pat on the head to PFC for being run by devious c**ts and having a devious c**t of an administrator ?
BotleySaint Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 The least they should get is another points deduction for the new season.
alpine_saint Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 No appeal from HMRC , a complete joke and a farce. Cop a load of this. Someone has written on the other thread that the administrator has demanded the HMRC pay their costs. Talk about rubbing salt in an open wound. jasoneuelllfanclub Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 Unless they get a buyer I dont think they will last much longer without going back into Administration. Not exactly an attractive purchase for anybody. No decent players, shed of a stadium and of course the blue few "best fans in the world". They will average no more than 12k at home this season imo. John Smith Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 So, I don;t have to pay any tax this year? If HRMC can blow this amount, they won't miss my drop in the ocean. maybe I'll give them a call.
Mowgli Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 Honestly, do we really want them to go under? Surely part of the fun is having a team down the road that we can have a fierce rivalry with. Some of my very best memories as a Saints fan have involved Pompey.

Surely part of the fun is having a team down the road that we can have a fierce rivalry with. Some of my very best memories as a Saints fan have involved Pompey. YES! Having heard some skates shouting out " C**NT" during the minute's silence for Ted Bates' passing sickened me beyond belief. I've joined in the chants of "We hate Pompey " etc but have never genuinely hated anybody or anything until I heard those shouts. The shouts that night confirmed for me, once & for all, that they really are scum & that they all should be wiped from the face of the earth in order for the human race to progress. The world to be a better place! - anyone agree?
Dig Dig Posted 5 August, 2010 Share Posted 5 August, 2010 Everyone has been bending over backwards to dig the smelly ****s out of their fish filled hole they dug themselves into. I hope they pay the price for trying to be billy big bollicks and fall down the league's. Anyway, if you want a laugh go look at their awful and thread bare squad on their website

lordswoodsaints Posted 6 August, 2010 Share Posted 6 August, 2010 They only have 14 players available for their opening game so expect them to remain rooted to the bottom of the table for the whole season........every dog has their day,and that day is coming very soon.
