Window Cleaner Posted 13 October, 2008 Share Posted 13 October, 2008 Why should our share price suddenly jump to over the ask price (28p over 27p) for deal involving 36815 shares. That would mean that someone is seriously seeking to buy shares wouldn't it?

Coupled with the fact that most recent trades have gone for under the offer price at c.24p, yes, would appear slightly curious....

Well it's even more confusing, there was that trade, which is cancelled and another one for 35500,also at 28p.
exit2 Posted 13 October, 2008 Share Posted 13 October, 2008 Share prices are like anything, they are worth what you are willing to pay. A broker representing someone will have an instruction to sell at 28p for instance and if he gets that price then he does. No conspiracy

DT Posted 13 October, 2008 Share Posted 13 October, 2008 Perhaps someone heard we had finally decided to get a defence. No, silly me. I forgot that we are blind to this insignificant nugget of football obviousness. Can't believe we still haven't realised that we're shipping goals for a reason... IMHO and I am no expert, I truly believe that we will not see any sign of any impending sale or investment in the club via the movement of shares on the LSE.
