I was simply making the point that outperforming Gobern, DMG and Paterson was about as dificult as finding Chavs in a McDonalds (see, there's another one) 3. Running at defenders a couple of times doesn't make a good performance for me. As far as I'm concerned 5 shots on goal with 2 on target would suggest a poor game from everyone. Happy now? i was expecting gillingham (who are also completly broke) to have rolled over against villa...I blieve the gap is even bigger between them two.. as for world champions (yes they were going to win today) but no ronaldo, tevez, ferdinand, rafeal, brown, evra, hargreaves, scholes, rooney (sub), park y'know, the crux of players who made them champions...so yes, I expected us to fight (i know we had a few out too) and at least test their keeper once or twice...
