Quality Street and Beer and you've pretty much covered all the dietary requirements. If anything, supplements could be dangerous. Unless they are top ups of quality street and/or beer.

I saw headline that weight can go back in 4 times faster when you come off them.
Balance to be had of not making everyone feel insecure and need to be a certain shape and the duty of care to look after yourself

I know someone who is on them,  he's lost a ton of weight but they're now hooked on them as they're worried about what would happen if they did come off. He wasn't particuarly fat, quote a tall broad guy, maybe a couple of stone overweight but looked okay as he's a big guy. He looks gaunt and ill now.

If you've got a huge amount of weight to lose and are at risk of further issues then i can see why people would take them but for the person that is capable of exercise and diet it just seems a lazy way of doing it.

Yep and the modern way as Rangan C emphasises. Looking for quick fix in pills etc.

I haven’t looked into it but isn’t just an appetite suppressant?

Agreed. I'm harsher than you. Anyone capable of exercise, can and should look after themselves and move around more. Anyone incapable of exercise can and should address their nutrition and not become obese. I'm horrified that we've got to the point where the message people are hearing is they don't have to worry about looking themselves as a jab will sort it. Eat less shite, move more. It's not complicated.

I first came across him about 6-7 years ago on youtube where he was doing a talk about his GP surgery and the amount of doctors that will stick a pill in someone rather than look at their lifestyle. Found him really interesting so followed him on social media and started listening to his podcast. He's a decent guy and talks a lot of sense. Not watched him program yet but will this week.
