Farmer Saint Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Looking to do a couple of weeks in Sri Lanka with the wife and kids next March/April - I was wondering if any of you have done it and any tips? We're planning on doing Galle > Yala > Ella > Kandy > Negombo and try to use private drivers/trains for travelling between areas.

Good shout Farmer, I'm also looking to do Sri Lanka in the next couple of years so will interesting to see the responses. I'd like to see a bit of the wildlife in Sri Lanka, the safari we did last year makes me want to see more wildlife.

Nothing like seeing animals in their natural environments IMO. We did Kenya and Tanzania a long time ago, it was fantastic.

Would love to see Gorillas in the wild one day.
