What films are you watching?

Just been to see The Odyssey. I've been eagerly anticipating this ever since I first read that Christopher Nolan was making it, and it's every bit as good as I hoped it would be.

I watched it last night. I found bits of it difficult to follow  and there didn't seem to me to be a steady flowing narrative but it captured the mood and atmosphere of the time. I don't know if watching it in Norwegian with English subtitles helped

Excellent film, from a brilliant story teller.

 

In summary, boat load of Greeks get lost, turn up on an island, have trouble with the locals, run back to their boats - repeat. ( Plus ( spoiler ) : ALL the sex in the source material has been removed ).
