How in the hell are they going to be able to look over 34 enquiries with any level of detail..? There's a danger an opportunity could be missed by only having 20 odd days to mull things over.

I think that she indicated that they expected there to be a core of serious bidders. A lot won`t make it to the starting line.

I would hope it's an invitation to tender type offer whereby everyone needs to complete the same offer documents with proof, then they can be decided quite quickly if they need to consider an offer further? IMO

Just caught end of this. She said now 34 enquiries. Had meeting with one serious contender this afternoon. All very positive. Wants deal done sooner rather than later.

She?

Who's she?

Is Mark Fry a woman?

We should be told

Think her name was Kirsty Probyn, Director of the administrators.

Really seemed to know her stuff - hasn't been home since this all kicked off - went up to Watford last night - had meeting today with 'one interested party' - says that none of previous board appears to have put a bid in. (That was in reply to possibly a question about chance of Woops returning?).

It's easy to weed out the tyrekickers from the genuine, proof of funds before negotiations start. Probably 3/4 genuine the rest tyrekickers or groups of fans.

.......which looks good ! doesn't it ?

3 or 4 " big bidders" with real money backing will have to come up with serious bids... and maybe end up in an auction..?

There might be a lot more money in it before the best bidder wins.
