Does make you wonder if there are actually any seriously interested parties but I do believe things will start moving quickly and people will start showing themselves towards the end of next week. Trouble is how many are 100% serious and how many are only interested if we stay up? I believe there are a few rich interested parties but surely we won't be getting any "Sugardaddy" if we drop into league 1. Don't believe we will be getting anyone like anil or murkesh ambani though.

Who are they?

What do we know about them?

why dont some publically annouce their interest?

We know that one don't consider themself to be serious if they are put off by the presence of Marc Jackson - that well known deliverer of promises.

That they are supposed saints fans.

That they seem to be appealing to the forum to support their bid - one we know absolutely nothing about. One they hope we will support as FF is a respected poster and someone with Saints in his heart.

Any sugar daddy who did not think that it was more likely that we would be in L1 next year than not could not have made their money based on their accumen.

With 6 games to go at the time (now 4) and only 3 league wins this year, what would lead them to believe that CCC survival was assured?

Anyone genuinely interested will be aware that we will more than likely go down to come back up.

My point is that maybe this is the reason why nobody has gone public as they are waiting to see what happens. The prem is the only place for them to get a return so they might not mind only having to push up one league but having to push up two leagues would probably end any interest. The money they would have to spend on the team would mean they would probably look at a team halfway there.

For my money, "Sugar Daddy" Lowe will be back, heading yet another backward looking regime ...

Why are they not looking at a team almost, let alone half way, there now on that premise?

If there is a genuine "sugar daddy" ie billionaire, interested then they should factor in that it was, and now is, more likely that we will be in L1 next year rather than still a CCC side.

If they are waiting to see what happens then they are even more optimistic then even I am normally.

Also, is the deadline set by the administrator after the Sheff Wed game, ie with 2 more fixtures to go.

We will never be safe by 5.00pm next saturday. On that basis, they are out

I hope you are wrong about lowe.

We need a totally clean seep in the boardroom. Lowe , crouch, wilde hone and co have all contributed to dividing the fans in one way or another.

Some more so than others. LC is a true sainst fan I cannot fault that.

I don't have a problem with that, its the boardroom politics I have aproblem with. As for Lowe and the others Im not going to get embroiled in that debate as it has been done to death and I sincerely hope he never returns to club apart from being a paying fan like you and I

Have to say that anyone who declared an interest publically I would dismiss as only being interested in some self publicity. Genuine bidders will be keeping their cards very close to their chests in order to ensure that their rivals cannot undermine their bids. I am very pleased that no-one has come out openly and made a fuss about their interest at this stage.

Did I say a deal would go through next week? No. I said I believe people would start making their interest public. A team almost would cost more than we will cost now so if we can stay up we are probably a better option. Every thing is in place for the prem minus the team. Im sure a few players is a hell of a lot cheaper than building a new stadium and decent training facilities.

It's a bidding war.

I completely agree, but I fear that it will not happen like that

I have always said that as long as Lowe still has ONE share, he is STILL with us.

Over the seasons, many things I have said about Lowe have come to pass, though during that time, I took flak on here for daring to criticise him

The whole way that Leisure Holdings "ceased to trade" STANK to high heaven, less than one week after the League cut off date for Clubs going into Admin

Though NOT a good Businessman, Lowe is very crafty, and I am convinced that this whole episode has been orchestrated by HIM.

Since his "Second Coming", he, along with Judas Wilde, have had their own "Agenda", and, as per usual, has nothing to do with the well being of SAINTS

People laughed at me when I said he would guide us to Division One, or even lower

I wonder how many are laughing now ??

No, i didn't say that you said that.

However, the administrator set a deadline before the Burnley home game for a reason in order to secure funding...... it is known as the wage bill.

So waiting to see which league we are in is a moot point.

Barring a "miracle" the league we will be in next year is pretty much assured now.

Can you see us picking up 10 points from the last 12?

Only genuine consortia, prepared for L1 next year need apply.

we have to be prepared and so must prospective new owners

Cant see that to be honest, much of the problems we have now and over the years have been caused due to the majority of fans not liking Lowe and his decision making.

The fans will now never warm to him so I see it as a pointless and yet again damaging situation if he decided to ever get involved again. Surely, not even he is that stupid!

Out of the 34 there are only 4 or 5 that are worth any note, one of which has Arab backing and they plan to redevelope the old Meridian site, try and purchase the Northam Estate and develope the area all the way through to SMS. I have been told they have £60m put aside to purchase the club, stadium and invest in the playing side of things, relegation is not a worry for them as they are convinced they can get us back up in one season. I have also been told that Souey is having a house built down on Sandbanks.

seems to be a good vision. Now is the time to be buying land for redevelopment

I too, remain concerned. Lowe is of the mentality that he must have the last word. He wouldn't dare return visibly upfront, but he has associates that could bid for the club, and then.....? That is his speciality.

It always was a good vision. And it is amazing that Lowe, the property developer, did not have this insight or could not raise the where-withall. Probably just as well too. With Lowe's business acumen SLH would have ben bankrupted long ago

I agree with what you say but, WHY can't you see that ??

The Achilles heel of what you say is simple ..... FANS do not control Saints. It matters not one iota what the FANS think ..... they have NO CONTROL

The vast majority of FANS did not want him back the second time ..... but he still got back, thanks to Judas Wilde

Lowe cares not about FANS, ie "Customers" to him

Stupid ?? No he is not stupid ..... Vindictive ?? without doubt ......His tongue in cheek "I'll go back if I can help" on TV sums it up

You have to get WEEDS out by killing the Root ..... So far, no one has managed to do that
