That's more like it.

I get the impression Villa are using THB as a fallback option which puts us in a difficult position. All the replacements we've likely earmarked won't want to wait around. Even if he stays, rumours will be constantly swirling around him and all this will flair up again in January. It needs sorting this window.

They're quite positive about him from what I can see. If they deemed him useful last season, it's a good sign.

I love Scienza but his corners are terrible. JWP's excellent corners are the one thing Hammers fans have consensus on.

His role is to send quality corners onto the head of Schlotterbeck, help us get promotion and then break Beckhams free-kicks record as a 32 year old, coming on as a sub in the 85th minute on the last day of the season to send Saints into Europe with a double free-kick special against Villa.

Welcome home James.

Yes, now that Viking can dangle the carrot of Champions League football, I think we'll struggle to prise him away even with an offer of a higher salary.

He's not done he's only 31.

I'm a big advocate for bringing in experience and I think Sport Republic have undervalued it in the past but a 32 year old winger doesn't sound like a good idea. Would be a bit like bringing in 32 year old Nathan Redmond. Unless this guy can play right-back to cover for Bree?

Viking have just equalised from a penalty in their second leg Champions League qualifier against Dynamo Zagreb. Currently 3-3 on aggregate. We need Viking to lose so that they sell us Falchener and we need Dynamo Zagreb to win so that they sign Bazunu.

God, only four years ago? It's felt like ten.

.

Absolutely not.

I'll believe it only when I see it. I don't trust Sport Republic.

I'm still backing Tonda but he's spent the credit he had in the bank after the spying scandal. He'll need to earn back that trust.

I guess Flynn Downes is the only other candidate. Maybe Peretz but I don't generally like a goalkeeper as captain.

Interesting to see how opinion sways like a pendulum. The conceded goals he's costing us this season is a serious concern at the moment. Without THB, he suddenly looks horribly exposed. Him and Wood a calamity pairing.

And we lost to that shit.

Once I saw they were starting with the kids, I had a bad feeling.

He will be in the starting eleven on Saturday.

I feel we've helped kickstart their season here.

Did you just copy and paste your reply to me 2 hours later? 😂

Could get ugly now.

We need to start fast second half and get ourselves in front before they bring on the likes of Jarrod Bowen.
