Must be advanced if Eddie Howe feels confident name dropping us... Understandably, there's been a mixed reaction on here with questions regarding his commitment and attitude. I thought refusing to finish that extended season at Bournemouth during their time of need was disgraceful. Having said that, I actually think this could be a good loan signing. The squad needs more experienced heads and this is a player that has won this league before. I also think he'll be more motivated here. I found some interesting comments on the Newcastle forum made back in March... There's no doubt he has a fickle attitude but given its a season loan and he'll be given a more influential role here compared to Newcastle, I foresee a Ryan Fraser that is willing to put in the graft this season. I say give him a chance.

I think Shea Charles is going to be a good signing but £15m is already a ridiculous sum of money for a Championship club to be paying. I can't see us spending that on another player this summer.

The only ones to be upset with are Sports Republic. They let JWP and the fans down by failing to sign a decent goalkeeper and striker and also selling his trusted partner in midfield. He's only leaving because we failed to fix our glaring weaknesses last summer.
