  1. Isn't that exactly what happened to £16m Elyounoussi?
  2. I didn't say anything about stopping them. I said they won't be tolerated like they are currently. Behind closed door games springs to mind as the sort of punishment one might expect. Missing your opening home game in your clubs maiden Premier League season is punishment for the fans and missing out on that bumber crowd will hit the clubs bank balance. Every effort to discourage pitch invasions will now be looked at.
  3. This will mark the end of tolerated pitch invasions. Can't have the safety of players and officials compromised, especially when the players on the pitch are significant investments for their respective cubs.
  4. Holding off on substitutions until the 70th minute or later (or until we fall behind) is undoubtedly a Ralph trait and I hate it. When was the last time he made a half time change after a poor first half? A Ward-Prowse and Diallo midfield has never worked. He never should have started with that pairing but he waited too late to rectify it. Romeu is our only CDM. This season I've seen an 89th minute change when behind in a game. What impact is that supposed to have? I regularly disagree with his team selections. I regularly disagree with his game management. And we regularly score first and lose the game.
  5. No Romeu no party.
  6. Romeu must be leaving.
  7. No Romeu no party.
  8. Why not then wear the dark blue?
  9. So when do FC Koln get to wear their majority red kit with a bit of white instead of their majority red kit with a bit more white?
  10. I think it's time for a change. His game management is just baffling.
  11. Who here is honestly surprised? I can't see us picking up another point this season. Dreadful performances.
  12. It's time for Dibling.
  13. It's crazy how bad we've been since February.
  14. Diallo keeps passing back.
  15. Diallo can't play Romeu's role protecting our defense. Thomas Frank is currently exploiting Ralph's setup. It's clear they're playing so directly because of our high line.
  16. Let's see how long it takes for Ralph to react.
  17. It's so poor.
  18. Oh no! Matchday😱
  19. I totally agree. Adkins goes without saying. Pochettino and Koeman cemented our Premier League status with some great top half finishes. I never said we had a divine right to beat anyone. Perhaps the players think we do I don't know. What I'm saying is he has proven himself capable of putting a team together to beat Spurs, Arsenal also avoiding defeat to city twice ect, yet we're still likely to finish bottom 5. I want him to succeed I really do and when he does I openly praise him for it. He's likable and when he selects the right team in the right shape we play some great football. I'm not sure he's done that these last few weeks so I'm criticising him for it. It just feels like he tries to fix things that aren't broken sometimes and tries to be too clever for his own good. It's costing us a strong finish this season.
  20. No, we've avoided relegation from this league for 10 seasons. Achieving what is a bare minimum requirement every season with the occasional capitulation isn't some miracle only Ralph can attain. We've shown we can beat strong teams on our day. We were in a strong position to achieve top 10 a few weeks ago but just when it looks like we're about to kick on, we regress again. Now it will likely be a bottom 5 finish because we regularly lose to teams below us. It feels like we lose more to teams below us than we win! Narrowly missing out is one thing but we just lose all fight.
  21. I don't disagree about our lack of investment but the fact remains that he has a team capable of beating Spurs, Arsenal, avoiding defeat to city twice ect, yet we're still likely to finish bottom 5.
  22. Do you think it's unreasonable to expect progress? Finishing precariously above the bottom 3 every year will only end one way. It's likely to be roughly 9 points between 17th and 10th. Our results against the 5 teams currently below us has cost us the difference. All well and good beating Tottenham and Arsenal but if you lose to Norwich and Watford, it rather negates the gains made. Ultimately, until we learn to beat the sides weaker than us on paper, we'll always be a bottom half team living dangerously. Ralph has had over 3 seasons to get it right. Do we give him another transfer window and season to try again? I don't know but I suspect the new owners will be feeling disappointed with a bottom 5 finish given our position a month or so ago.
  23. Really annoying that another season is ending so poorly when top 10 was so attainable. We're now likely to end up with our worst finish under Ralph. Where's the progress?
  24. Huge opportunity for top 10 gone because Ralph messed with our strongest 11. What a waste.
  25. We've offered nothing going forward. Really poor. Quite worrying actually.
