Leading half time. We didn't win. I hate how predictable it is now. I don't enjoy watching us play anymore. I just knew we wouldn't be able to play a good second half and once again our opponents get the last laugh. I wish I wouldn't feel so angry after every game but this team let's us down every week after positive first halves. We are lucky we got two sucker-punch goals. Nothing to do with our strategy today.

I'm so fed up with this teams inability to hold a lead. Once again, we give our opposition the initiative immediately in the second half. It's like a switch. WTF does Ralph tell them to do?!

If he looks slow in the Championship, I have my doubts he'll be able to impose himself in the Premier league. Not without exceptional technical ability. The players that seem to make the step up effectively are the strong, athletic players.

I think when it comes to a loan, we would be a good 6 month move for him. Having players he knows well at the club to help him settle in quickly makesa lot of sense. Obviously the stumbling block is how much it would cost us.

Is it confirmed Adams, Armstrong and Broja are all definitely out? We won't score without them. We probably wouldn't score anyway but at least they would provide some level of threat up top. There is no threat at all in a Long - Walcott forward line. I'd genuinely rather play a 5-5-0.

The attitude of the team second half will tell us if they have any fight in them and also if they're still behind Ralph.
