I think when it comes to a loan, we would be a good 6 month move for him. Having players he knows well at the club to help him settle in quickly makesa lot of sense. Obviously the stumbling block is how much it would cost us.

Is it confirmed Adams, Armstrong and Broja are all definitely out? We won't score without them. We probably wouldn't score anyway but at least they would provide some level of threat up top. There is no threat at all in a Long - Walcott forward line. I'd genuinely rather play a 5-5-0.

If our strategy is to give our opponents the initiative in second halves sitting on one goal leads,that's a pretty bad strategy.

I don't know. We've been able to drop leads against Man United and Leicester City this season.

Good first half, poor second half is a given. And there's every chance we'll drop a lead.

Another game our opponents have had the last laugh. Hardly surprising for this team to throw the lead away. We've been doing it for years and Ralph still doesn't know how to fix it. It's nonsense to suggest we don't have the players. Sure, the quality of the squad is bottom half, but its on par with other clubs in this league and yet they don't hold the horrible records we do. Teams below us have recruited new managers and found new form. Meanwhile we're still dropping leads every week and making things difficult for ourselves. We'll be fighting for survival this season.

Our last two home games against this lot saw early red cards for us. Surely it won't happen again? We're much stronger defensively this season so I'm hoping for a clean sheet. Perhaps optimistic but we'll need one to get anything. We're not likely to outscore them.
