I haven't got one. Anyone else got a spare Jason Dodd ?
-
...and some people going who don't deserve to. It's not often I agree with Stu but the only people who haven't got a ticket who have a case to be aggrieved have to be claiming they are in almost all of the following categories : Resident away from Southampton Unable to get to either MK Area Final due to a valid reason Perennially skint so unable to buy an MK ticket anyway (or Club Wembley) Attend loads of away games (a regular) Have your tickets bought by other people (not on the db) Don't know an ST holder Unable to get to a phone or computer Otherwise there's no reason not to have got one. If we had an increased allocation, then great, but the people who really want to be there will already be there or trying their hardest. Some on here who are complaining aren't even on the "spare tickets?" thread !

I saw every match Latvia have ever played in a major championships thanks to Marians sort-of participating. Three matches at Euro 2004, and a pile of pics of him warming up and coming on to amble around for 15 minutes when obviously still injured. I also have a "non-authentic but sold outside the Euro 2004 venues from official adidas merchandise stalls" Latvia shirt, think it cost me £60 with the exchange rate and I've worn it about 3 times. Skate goal and Old Trafford nutmegs stand out for me as I wasn't at the Everton match.

I can't believe you're doing this, I really can't. Just get a picture of a pen15 tattooed onto your forehead and no-one will ever notice your supposedly receding hairline. And waste the money in Thailand on... um... other things,

Can we do the "speshul" joke please ?

At a guess, there is a significant exchange of services between the Southampton and HCC-run areas across a variety of services (eg Social Services, health care, etc) and there's some cross-funding tied up with that. When I had my NHS knee op last year the Royal South Hants was one of the locations offered, but so were Winchester and Basingstoke. There must be similar service exchanges in other fields too.

Oh noes, what about the Corey Hotline ?

Ah, bmibaby v flybe. Similarly it's always cheaper for me to get a train to Cardiff from Southampton and fly bmibaby to Malaga than it is to fly from Southampton to Malaga even if I get the flybe flights the second they're released.

Just enough time to get bail.

There's little justifiable grounds in Carlisle preventing "Saints fans" who choose to sit with the opposition rather than their own fans when the Saints tickets aren't sold out. The alternative is heavily restricting Carlisle sales which would be detrimental to them for numerous reasons. The police/stewarding will be able to sort out any "issues" from ticketing quickly enough.
-
Done correctly there wouldn't be any link between members who forfeited their right to buy a ticket and their seat going on sale (as opposed to those CW members who bought one as an option on their membership and then sold them on who take the risk anyway).

That's only if you're assuming they don't already have the facility for segregation between blocks. From my couple of visits there I'm pretty sure they just keep a combination of the numerous doors closed that break up the concourses and that's how segregation of the concourses is achieved. A row of 10 foot wide netting on seats and a few stewards easily covers the other issue.

I've booked Monday off as I plan on having a very sore head either way.

I heard the city was being renamed Johnstone Paintsville if we won. Cortese's idea. But the Echo is embargoed on reporting it until 2110 or when we win the Champions League, whichever comes first.

I didn't realise someone had actually already posted this... ...I shall expect nothing more than stiff upper lip and a good time was had by all on March 29th no matter what the result then.
-
I'd rather win it and overcelebrate it than lose it, as far as embarrassment goes.
-
Equally then, if we lose I shall expect this site to be full of balanced, cheerful posters indicating what a pleasant day they had, and how the competition and match itself was nothing more than a delightful diversion, and it really didn't matter who won anyway.
-
There will almost certainly be spares on here from people who've bought them just because they could and their mates have already got tickets via other means, keep your eyes peeled...
-
I'm aware of this, doesn't mean anything if Carlisle can't change without clashing.

I had a similar note enclosed with my Saints end "neutral" Gloucestershire FA-allocation ticket for the Cup Final in 2003, and the section was laden with kitted up Gooners, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
-
28_F he tried his best to get us out of it in the first half against Torquay and at 2-1 down against Norwich in injury time...

Endless songs about Portsmouth ? Boooooooooooo.
