anyone know why we traditionally release our strip after most of the other clubs? seems that way for the last few seasons anyway. I wouldn't expect any information till mind June, and a release around mid July

thats what worries me and actually angers me. The fact that the players looked as though they are reacting negatively to AP leaving. Can i remind the players that they play for us, the fans, and themselves. They shouldn't forget how much effort and determination got them the JPT only a few months ago. Shame on them.

That was an absolute disgrace. For anyone who says being knocked out of the JPT is no big deal i suggest a reality check. This was OUR trophy and we've just handed it on a platter to someone else. What a ****ing disgrace of a performance. The players should be ashamed of themselves - what a ****ing joke club we really are.

Any transfers without Pardew would further strengthin the theory that Cortese likes to have a say and infliuence on who we sign. Thats a bad thing in reality.

Give me a list of possible candidates and i honestly think none of them would be any better than Pardew, i think with this dramatic change the best we can hope for is playoffs which is no guarantee of anything. We've ****ed up big time here.

absolutely gutted. What he did for this club is just beyond words, it's so sad it was for such a short time and we couldn't enjoy the journey with him back to the Premiership. My condolences to his family and friends. I would fully back renaming the stadium in his name, without him i don't think we would exist.

Following saints is fun enough but i've decided to follow another league for this season, namely Djugarden in the Swedish League.

Well that's kinda my point - losing to teams like FC Thun and Socheux are acceptable but Sutton? I completely agree with the fact that the first few matches are all about match fitness, but where does the cut off point come when we need to start to perform and win games going into our first league game. Bear in mind we also have a cup game as our 2nd competitive match will we still be accepting a poor result against Bournmouth for example? Who are much better than Sutton? I know Pardew for one will be starting to knuckle down with the squad and drill it home that they need to start NOW not 5 games into the new season!

That result was a disgrace, no getting away from that. We seriously need to start playing better if we are to start well this season. No excuses we should be beating sutton easily and comfortably.
