big pub that can take 3000, plenty near the ground
-
who ever AP wants, will suit me
-
fratton in the first relegation season, imo everything that happened after that was bound to happen because the club had been built on sand backed by Sky Money. anyone who stood through that 2hors and more of humilation will never forget it, that bl**dy song about sending the scummers down
-
would never happen if the away fans were locked in after game rather than this stupid tactic of letting every one out at the same time. i will not pass any judgement on this incident until all the facts are out in the open because experience has shown that the "innocent" victims are not always so innocent
-
I hope so i want my 2 sons (21 and 14) to experience that sort of atmosphere because as you say it stays with you for ever and helps sustain you when times have been bad over the last 5 years
-
forgot about Fulham that was a friday night, that game Luton and Orient were all very close to each other. Good days out, little trouble because we just swamped the places
-
ITN says 12000 out of total of 19000k so could be most
-
cannot remember 15k at Tottenham, think it probably is Dellhurst, followed by Orient in 78 and maybe Luton that same season
-
Question was league game?
-
ask the thick skate who owns the stadium then?
-
who are yeah
-
Ain't it good to keep finding positives to post. beats the last 5 years sh*t
-
Thanks for putting me right I was going from a 30 year old memory, it will be great to go to Brisbane Road again, it holds brillant memories for us old boys
-
except where it meets the other 2 stands it is joined to?
-
And who would argue with Jaidi, if he says mark that one, you do it

do not under estimated Orient, they always had some tough East End boys not many but be warned
-
what
-
Basically Rupert was tolerated by the majority when we were doing ok, never really liked or respected, as soon as things went tits up on the pitch the majority showed their real feelings for him by either verbal abuse or even worst not going to games. he wasjust never really accepted by the supporters/customers
-
It is just great to discuss matters on the pitch rather than off it, how i have hated the last 5 years
-
but also lets it be known he is in charge and no player will be allowed to step out of line.

Posted this at 7.59pm on another thread think it is down to AP finding a system which works for the players we have, not fitting the players to a set system. Wotton, IMO, has been pivotal to this and it has removed the defensive shackles slightly from certain other players I do not disagree with you but other than Jaidi and Waigo the others were playing earlier in the season and were not as effective as now.
-
whilst i make no secret of my dis like of Lowe and what he did for the club, if it had not been for Guy the Snake we would have never been burden with Lowe so imo, its is stand up Guy Askham the worst Chairman this club has ever had
-
only because Wotton is covering for them and Waigo gives them an outlet
