  1. Simple question as I do not have a clue why. But why is Sunderland away on a Sunday? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/southampton/fixtures
  2. Draw, but we will stay up. Would love Nigel to do the great escape with them, but not going to happen.
  3. We have not played in that ground in that kit. 1-1 tomorrow.
  4. Yep, I am happy for him, but think Reading will struggle mid table next season in the championship.
  5. They will stay up, I just know it.
  6. Who would stay up IF we only draw on the last day? Same goal difference, and points.
  7. Have put out a post on here before, and of course I am willing to pay. I need a electrican to go out to my property in Sholing Southampton, as the lights have all gone out upstairs in the property, and it is not the trip switches as they are all in the same direction. She has the kids sleeping in the lounge at the moment as they do not like the dark upstairs. It is probably just a fuse, but I am in Cambridge and 2.5 hours away. If you can help, please PM me. Thanks fellow Saints Kev
  8. Why are the bbc going on about the great escape. If you deduct 10 points they will be 15 points from safety with 18 available!? Please tell me they are going to have the 10 points deducted, as they do have a habit of wriggling out of these things, and a habit of beating the drop against all odds. Without the points deduction I could see them doing enough!
  9. Even though we do not want to here what he says, it might be true. Also the lambert thing is correct, but he still deserves a chance. All very tongue in cheek what he says.
  10. If he had pace, he would be first on the team sheet.... Oh and at Man U
  11. Merson saying that Lambert could play for England all day long!
  12. Seems to have sorted his head out, and changed his attitude at the start of the season. Would not say he has grabbed his chance with both hands, but a great squad player, who on his day, is pretty good!
  13. Stunning at times, awful at others. This can be in the same game. I have no idea what we are going to do next. Some of the best football I have seen in the second half at Wigan, and sounded and looked like the best football for a long time against Liverpool, and pretty good against Man U. QPR was terrible, and the first half against Wigan was terrible. Bit of a mixed bag, but in general better against the top/big names sides. Man U, Everton, Liverpool, man city. Bring on Chelsea!
  14. Nah, don't think this will happen.
  15. Love his books, RIP mr Herbert.
  16. Steven Gerrard, was a superb player, and I enjoyed reading his book. One of the best midfielders not just in England, but in the world. Used to love watching him play, and change games. So much energy, and some blinding goals. He is not superb anymore, but still a top class player, and I am sure most football, Liverpool fans and even Gerrard himself would admit, that he has not had anywhere near his standard of a season this season. Lets face it, he is not a youngster in the football world, but still class.
  17. Safe by this time next month, I likey very muchy
  18. Still in our own hands. All the run ins are pretty even, but QPR have the easiest. Newcastle are not safe and injuries stacking up again!
  19. If in doubt, I always pull this one out!
  20. Should have been off for that. No red, no yellow, no talking to, no free kick!
