Most of my posts are on match day. During the game as I only get to handful. If we are playing ant other time during the week I post more on the build up, during and after. Tend to post in the evenings during the week, if anything stands out, and I feel like responding. Changes from day to day really. Can clock up 100 on match day, then not bother. Depends on the time I have and what is on for that day.

Yes sideline at the moment, but quite a good order book. Just cheesecakes I offer, but a lot of weddings and birthdays are going down this route. Is good fun though.

Yep I have registered with the food standards, and they have given me the all clear to sell the cheesecakes from my kitchen, for individual consumption. I have all the measures in place that are necessary, dating, random temp tests, labelling, and cleaning of the kitchen. Have an eho visit coming up soon. I used to work in catering as a chef/waiter/manager, so I know the ropes.

No, that will take longer than a year.... That will be on next years thread. But then I could be looking to train as a builder......

Hopefully, have a nationwide cheesecake company with a little shop in the town centre. Also I will be a fully qualified in holistic massage on my way to be a fully qualified sports therapist. No more bloody credit management!

It's going to be fun, so sit back and enjoy. Saying this staying up or going down this season, could have a huge impact of the future of SFC. With the money up for grabs in the premier league next season, and with spending coming under the microscope, we would be in great shape. Go down and we could miss out on our vision.

In Nigel I trusted, I do not have the faith after today, that we have the fight to stay up. A lot of teams at the bottom pull out the stops for teams at the top of the table, but we cannot and should not be losing at home to that lot we did today.
