This is very true, I work for a fashion wholesale company, and there are many very good looking sales reps, but when you talk to them, it would put off any single man with any self respect. As sales reps they are all like spoilt children, and look after number 1, and are so self centred. There is something that would put you off all of them in one way or another. I am just glad I am not single, and have to go through the terrible hassle of dating...I was so so lucky that my now wife, just happened to be living in the shared house I moved into.

Here is my short fast cycle this evening! Felt good, after a 3 day break and the cleaning and the re-lubing of the bike meant that the machine ran so smoothly. Well, I took the weekend off from cycling. Felt really drained on Saturday and today I thought I would take the day off. Did spend it cleaning, degreasing and lubing the chain. The bike looks good and should be ready for the sunny part of the training. 8 weeks today and we would have completed the cycle! Bring it on!

Oh forgot this one! Andrei Kanchelskis, and even Kerry Dixon.

Did the same route as my last one. Hilly and went at it with a lot of effort, ans shaved 40 minutes off the day before! Felt really shaky and spaced out though in the evening. Felt much better after eating, but felt so shattered. Think I will go out in the sunshine today and do a slower leisurely ride! I felt a little pee off, when it became clear we were not going to catch them, in the same way Reading pipped us to the title this year. This is because I know a lot of Reading fans, and used to live and work there. I used to live in Brighton as well, and I love the place. My main problem is that it had to be these 2 clubs. I used to watch them at Elm Park, and the Goldstone ground, as the smaller club that you used to go along and watch and they were no harm to Saints at all, but all of a sudden they were above us. I am sure that Reading will return to the N Power soon, and Brighton will hang around the mid to the lower regions of the same league, as we are battling to get into Europe. As long as we stay above them both, I do not have a problem with them at all, and would again go and watch them if I was at a loose end. The above is not rivalry, but me as a Saints fan thinking we should be above this lot. Since we got relegated I have hated the fact we have been below Wigan. The season we went down, they went up, and I really did not like that. Same when we lose to newly promoted teams. But if we are back above these teams in the league, I have no problem or dislike of them, but as long as we are looking down. It is just the teams I think we SHOULD be above. This cannot be said for the skates, I hate them, I still think they should be punished further, and even though they are now 2 leagues below us, I still hate them, and that can only come with real rivalry.

Our Future? Stadium Expansion Proposal on Season Ticket DVD

This is what it is all about, success, build, more success build, and the masses will come. You need to get the timing right, on the pitch is where the money should be spent to get success, and then build, improve and push on I really do think that we are heading into the most exciting, and successful spell of Southampton FC's existence! -
Both managed to get out today, for a hilly 20 miler, before the babysitting hours were up! Route below. http://share.abvio.com/824c/8038/fa1e/970c/Cyclemeter-Cycle-20120719-1919.kml

I was watching some of the TDF yesterday and I thought..... sod that, they are mad! Saying that I then watched a program after on Eurosport Mountain Bike world championships, now that looked fun and a little more up my street. I have a mountain bike so may start going off road after the cycle in September, but not before as I will probably fall off! I will then get a road bike, and have my mountain bike for off road!

Hey BlakeySFC, Thanks for your donation today, really do apprichaite all the support on here, if it is advice or a donation, it all helps to meet our goals, for the cycle ride and for our personal diets. Stuck on 13 stone 13 at the moment, but was 15 stone 13 on May 28th! Less than 2 months ago, and of course it is going to get harder to shift as the cycling gets easier! We have 59 days until the ride and we have raised 37.4% of the £500 needed. So if you can give, then please do. I will not ask anything more from you guys than to meet the target we need. £313.00 to go. http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-web/fundraiser/showFundraiserProfilePage.action?userUrl=simsgocycling&isTeam=true

I think we will be closer to 17th than 2nd this season, but think we will be 10th-12th. We could surprise people.......
-
I will opt for troll, but he will come out with the spill that he is just being realistic to what he has seen at the club so far. You do have to remember that he predicted 17th last season. I do not think anyone settles for a yoyo club. It may well happen to teams, but they do not set out to do so. They live/run within their means. Some clubs this will be yoyo, but there it is NO sure thing that you will come back up that easy. I do not think NC will settle for anything less than Premier League, but he will not break the bank either, so steady does it, and improve year on year. Aim this season to stay in the league, but I think he has big plans for our club.

Makes me laugh though as they get a huge list of products that they cannot have, and if they take anything with said substance in, they get thrown out. But when you see failed doping/drugs test, you think performance related drugs. 9/10 this is not the case. Probably took a cold tablet or something to help him sleep.m Stupid, but should have checked with his team.

Still nice nail varnish!

I have no idea, well I know my name, but I have no idea. I like dr who, but nope no idea. I think it was to do with how secretive people on here are.

WOW that is pretty impressive! How you feeling, and what sort of bike you got?
-
Cheers BlakeySFC... every penny helps in what is a great cause. Our training has come of the tracks a little, but it all depends on childcare in the week and on the Sunday how long we can do.
-
So happy about this, as it saves me a journey..... for a league game!

Just a reminder of why we are doing this training and the London to Brighton ride.
